I will never order from here again. After just opening two days ago was a waste of time. I ordered two platter meals, which should’ve came with three pieces of chicken and two pieces of fish with two sides. I got one piece of fish and one piece of chicken and one box only, and then the other box only had two pieces of fish. Fries cold just horrible. Thumbs down for me. I will not Revisiting

I have been three times since the reopening. I have yet to receive a great experience. I pre-order and still have to wait another thirty minutes or so. My first time approximately two weeks ago I went through drive-thru to pick up my order that gave a particular time… I got their 5 to 10 minutes later to be told to come in they had not started on it. I come inside was never acknowledged. Everyone in the lobby was waiting for a long period of time. A delivery guy asked was the order ready and a lady whom I am assuming was the manger was so rude to him… He ended up leaving without the order. I wasn’t acknowledged and had to grab a workers attention to ask my order status. They even knew I placed an order… That was after 30 minutes or so. She ended up making my two tacos for me. They were very delicious though. Second time I went a little over a week ago. Again pre-placed my order via app… Order wasn’t ready again… I had to grab a workers attention yet again whom explained their was still a wait… I arrived 10 to 15 minutes after my scheduled time on purpose because of the prior experience. She finally made my tacos and they were incorrectly made I told her she forgot the coleslaw on them. A manager walked over and said you didn’t order that. I read the receipt to her and she said well I am not going to charge you for a side of coleslaw you can just put it on yourself. I decided not to return after that. I had a choice for half off a bowl and decided to give them one last try. It was a bad… I placed the order… Arrived 5 minutes after order time. I say at drive-thru over 5 minutes. No cars were ahead of me at all. It was empty… I drove around to the windows 4 workers were just looking at me. Finally they opened the windows. I explained I was waiting and no one said anything. A young man whom was very nice came to the window and apologized. Asked did I place or want to place an order. I have him my order information. It was ready. That was great! It just didn’t look too great! It was tasty though.

Waited what seemed like years for this place to reopen and the fish was greasy and overcooked and they didnt give me any shrimp that i ordered. Was 100% better before the remodel. Long John’s Sucks is their new name.

I’d been waiting for this location to open, but the experience was terrible. The drive-thru took an hour, and I was still willing to wait—only to receive burnt fish so hard my dog couldn’t even bite into it. Paying over $15 for a meal and waiting an hour just to get burnt food is ridiculous. LJS please improve your quality of food services, whomever bagged this order should be a shame of themselves.

Stopped in on a Saturday night about 7:00 pm. We waited a long time for this place to open back up 🙂

Upon entering, this place smells almost the same upon entering. Super bright and pleasant decor ! I like they kept the traditional dark blue and white and wood colorings. Oh, and that nice greasy smell, not as well seasoned as the old place though . But in time that will return !

We ordered ahead on the app. We wanted to try several things again as it had been many moon since we enjoyed long john silvers.

We got the fish basket. A chicken basket and the popcorn shrimp basket.

First off. We didn’t wait very long. The counter staff is very helpful and kind. Helped with everything we needed.

Bring back the self service sauce counter. Having to bother the counter staff for ketchup and tartar and what not is kinda cumbersome.

Now onto the food.

Fish was ON POINT ! HOT, crisp and enjoyable. Several other reviews mentioned this as well and I 100% agree.

The chicken. Not so good. Hot and crisp. BUT, a tad rubbery and stringy texture. Not what I remember or would want to indulge in again to be quite honest.

The popcorn shrimp – Good. Hot and crisp.

Hush puppies were large and hot and crisp.
Waffle fries were hot and fresh.
Coleslaw is just as good as I remembered.

The cheese bites are neither here or there. Will probably pass next time. Really no flavor, just kinda greasy fried balls of batter.

Why four stars.

The chicken mainly ! Check your chicken supplier and get another one please.

We will be back for sure ! Fish all the way !

Dined in on 2/23/26 sometime around 3pm. The couple who ordered before me and I were subjected to such a rude and sullen staff member working at the counter. The service was slow like previous visits, even though the lobby was empty at the time. The tables were clearly neglected with a cup still sitting on one of them, while the others had crumbs on them and definitely needed cleaning. When I went to the counter to get my receipt which was kept by the register, the cashier barked at me and said that I should not be going behind the counter. I did no such thing. I was merely getting my receipt from in front of the counter, the same receipt which he never provided me. He never gave me a soda cup even though I paid for it. I had to get the cup myself, like I’ve had to do on other visits. The employee in question never offered any condiments. I had to ask for them (like in all of the other visits at this location) and when he placed them in the bag, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. No thank you either from him for my business. Absolutely agressive and disrespectful throughout the entire transaction. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced and witnessed this particular employee’s unacceptable behavior towards customers. During this visit on 2/23/26, the same employee proceeded to mock me for ordering a kids meal, which I told him that I had every right to do so. The employee said something to the effect that I wasn’t entitled to a soda, even though it clearly stated on my receipt and at the order kiosk that I was. He continued to become very agitated and was muttering out loud, something to the effect that he was going to come out from behind the counter. Just pure intimidation which I didn’t deserve. The manager on duty on 2/23/26 could see I was visibly upset for the way I was being treated and offered no apology. What is wrong with your management?? Does the owner even care or know what’s going on at this location?? Unfortunately we had to wait months for this LJS to open and now I could care less about ever going there again after my experiences at this location.

Food was good. Reminded me of the ljs I grew up with. Payment system was going haywire. No manager on site to help correct the problem. Poor girl had to wait an hour to get a response. Poor customer (me) had to wait with the girl. And they ran out of popcorn shrimp.

We finally were able to navigate the parking lot. It was well worth the wait. The hush puppies were incredible. The fish was crunchy and delicious. Fresh brewed ice tea, well done. Hard working staff and very pleasan. It was so worth the wait.
