I’ve never been to a long John Silvers before, so I didn’t have much expectations when coming here. The food was extremely fresh and tasted so good, it honestly shocked me. I ordered the two fish combo meal. It came with two hush puppies two sides, and two pieces of fish. It was 10 out of 10, definitely give this place a try. I plan on coming back to try the Sunday buffet. Also, their green beans are really good. They have like a smoky flavor to them. The waffle fries are good too. They do come seasoned.

This was my third time trying them. The service is always good, and everyone is professional and nice at the drive-through. The shrimp is good, and the fish is okay. Nothing has really changed over the years—it still tastes the same, almost like it’s cooked in the same grease.
My second visit was better than this one. This time, everything was extremely greasy to the point that I had to throw it away. The fries had no flavor and were greasy and chewy, and the fish was soggy on the inside. Something definitely needs to change because this experience especially was very disappointing. I love the idea of having a place like them but they went out of business, the first time because of the same issues.

Their food was so fresh and good, I went back inside and let them know how GOOD it was! Definitely will frequent this fast food spot when I have to eat out. It didn’t make me feel fat and bloated or tired. What more can you ask for! Also the prices are so low… you can feed a family here easily for a great value!

We drove almost an hour to come to this Long John Silver’s because the one by my home has been closed for about 3 year’s now. I’ve been wanting this food for sooo long!! Omg, the drive was worth it!! All of the food was soooo fresh and hot!!!! It was still warm when we got home. I didn’t even have to heat up the food.
The young lady that took my order was sooo very nice and she had a beautiful smile. I love when someone is taking your order and they’re nice and smile at you.
I would most definitely recommend this Long John Silver’s and I’m most definitely coming back!!!
The food was even good the next day and I rarely eat leftovers from a fast food restaurant.

I used to really like this place but after a few years I found it’s really a joke. They are completely focused on drive thru and take out orders and therefore, dine in customers are completely forgot about. I was the only customer in line and had to wait 6-8 minutes before they took my order. The pieces of fish and chicken were half as big as before but the price is easier 35% more. Also when you see the website they show the old type pieces of fish which were triangular shaped, don’t fall for it. The current pieces are small rectangular shaped, Pretty Shady!!!! Never again, don’t bother with this garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Its Long John Silvers, this store is near the last of its kind, it has gotten a little pricey but what hasn’t. Food still seems ok though. Some people were complaining that it was taking too long to get their order but they drop the food in the fryer with each order… no one should want fish sitting in a warmer for only god knows how long before eating it so relax and give em a min.

I paid but didn’t get my food. Everybody who works here has a bad attitude. Especially the employees. The lady manager sucks too, This long john silver’s has terrible customer service. I ordered online they took my money but did not fulfill my order. My bank had to refund my money, because the manager At this long john silvers was too busy to address my issue. All she kept saying was, I don’t see your order, and move to The side I have customers, but I am a paid customer too That paid online for my order and was unable to get it. My bank has proof that my long john silvers order was paid.Transaction came out of my from this Long John silver. The manager did not handle it well at all. I was in drive thru I I told the manager I was handicap & Have problems walking, but the Manager She told me to get out of my car and come inside so she could address the problem When I got inside, The manager did not see my order because she bumped it off the screen. I waited 30 minutes and I still was not assisted. This the manager saw that I was handicap & I could barely walk. She did not care 1 bit The manager kept saying move aside. I’m so glad my bank issued my refund because the manager kept saying she didn’t see my order, & was rude. My bank said long john silver took my payment, but did not give me the merchandise The entire staff needs to be retrained or fired including the manager poor-poor service. I’m never going back here I tell everybody about this Chaos rude Bad customer service place! Why tell me to get out the car and come inside & still dont address the issue! 10/30/25

Well that Long John silver has been there for quite a while, I’m 55 now and I remember going in there as a kid with my parents not much has changed. Still have the slippery sticky floors as if they washed them with soap and Coke at the same time. Food still good service was good but my wife almost fell like four times trying to get from the table to the door because of how slippy the floors are.

Fast mid day and still here. Last long johns I’ve seen. Last two of three are gone and this one at telegraph and Goddard in Taylor Michigan got rehabbed and of the two times I’ve been in the last year, this was the best I’ve seen! Fast food, cheap sit down. Can’t say it’s always as good as I got thru the drive thru but Thank you (not sarcastic ) fora Happy fast food experience, for the first time in a LONG time.
