Waited 30 minutes for chicken and fries. Paid for food was told to pull around to wait and they never put our order together. Went inside and another family was having the same issue. No one inside has any clue of what is going on. If I could put 0 stars for the service I received tonight, I would.

Took 17 minutes to get incomplete order. Never received the rest of the food after being told it would be brought out soon. One piece of chicken was so rubbery it was inedible. Manager was helpful and gave me a partial refund for the food we never received or were unable to eat. This used to be a good place to eat but the last few times I’ve been there it’s been getting worse. Unlikely I’ll be going back.
