I stopped at the Connersville Long John Silver’s after a calling to eat. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, a 2 piece Fish Combo that included French Fries and Hush puppies. I also included a Crabcake added on. It was delicious! I haven’t had Long John Silver’s in a long time, but it was worth waiting for.

The manager of the store and his staff went above and beyond to correct an issue caused by the long John Silvers app. The app had malfunctioned and seemed like our order didn’t go through, gave no indication that we were charged or that the order went in. We decided to get food somewhere else and a while later I got an email receipt from the order we thought had failed to go through. We tried to correct the issue via the app but there was no order history. Tried contacting the company for a refund and there was no way for us to get help at all. Nothing. The only option was to “leave feedback” which was just a 10 minute unpaid survey with no way to ask for help at the end. Waste of my time. We wound up having to go in to the restaurant to explain the situation and ask for help. The staff was so considerate and understanding and the manager did his best to try to contact his bosses to get this resolved. He went above and beyond to find a solution for us and we did leave with the problem solved. We really appreciate how helpful he and his staff was. Great people, all of them!
Every time we do eat here, the food is always really good. Our only issue has always been the app, which we’re not going to use again after this.

We went thru the drive thru. The service today was great! the 2 older men were very personable and in great spirits, gave our dog a doggie treat (we have a very large, friendly dog who loves sticking his head out the back window to meet folks). For the first time in a long time with going thru a drive thru anywhere, our order was not only correct but fresh and hot!
