This is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been to. It was understaffed, overworked and the attitudes were awful. I waited 15 minutes before the counter and then another 45 easy due to a large Doordash order. Dine-In should be prioritized vs deliveries. It took forever to get a refund because at that point I had to go. The cashier did it in cash vs the card I paid with. Just a heads up. I’m honestly not sure how this place is still open… Like who’s really out here eating this?

We love LJS once in a while. Today we went and it took a good 15 minutes to get our food—and there were only 5 of us.
The food was good as usual and everything except the fries was hot. As noted by other customers the cleanliness could be better—like a deep clean occasionally. Also as noted by some, the exterior need a facelift
The weekday staff does a much better job of service. Today’s staff was so so.

Stopped at this location today for a Togo. Order . I ordered the number 12 and asked for the meal to be cooked fresh. YEAH RIGHT…… I told the employee so she told the cook meal was to be fresh….. Later the manager boxed my meal ….not waiting for fresh food as it was cooking. I didn’t mind waiting. She handed me the order I opened the box to find lukewarm cold food. I asked again for fresh food. Manager said that is fresh. It’s not cold . Lied to me as what I felt was wrong. Bs…..I won’t go back….so if you do check your order. So I guess what my saying is correct if you don’t want your job then you need to go home.

Went thru dive thru. Price on the moon. People need to quit raising prices!! Am grateful to be helped to find selection suited to my needs. Still TOO high! And portion drastically reduced! Love their food but have cut way back on visits because they priced me right out.

Just go inside if you order from here. Food is fine, but for a place whose only job is to deep fry food and put it in a box they are abysmal at ever getting any order correct. Just watched them have to make 3 attempts to get the right order to the person in front of me. I pull up and they forgot I ordered online and I was the only other person in line before. My food is now cold because I was waiting for like 15 mins for them to stop screwing up the order for the person in front of me. Last time I went here they gave me the wrong order and I had to go in and wait about as long. How hard is it to hand someone their already prepared order with their name on the slip? Management needs to train better because these people don’t have a clue what they are doing at the front.

As I was waiting for my food, 3:00 11/15/25, watch a front counter worker Cadence spill slaw as she was transferring Cole slaw from bottom fridge to coutertop bin, she scooped it up with her hand and placed back in the individual side dish , denied it even as I called her out on it, I threw my slaw away, I’m praying they don’t grab the fish and hush puppies hands because they had no gloves on to prepare food, hoping they use tongs but I doubt it. PS Jennifer at front counter/window was great, psst, put name tags on these workers, I had to ask for names! So that was my experience today, ended up not eating because I wasn’t sure if my food had bare hands on it, was too busy to argue with them but I should have just asked for a refund

The personnel are very friendly and kind. But 15 to 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive-through is ridiculous. In fact it is not a quick service restaurant with those kinds of times. The facility is very tired and rundown and needs a lot of work. I like long John Silvers and I want my local store to be a decent place to go with quick service and fresh food. I basically blame the owners and the managers of the store for its operation and condition. There’s no way that those kinds of wait times should be acceptable to anyone!

Took 25 minutes to get my food after ordering and they appeared to have enough staff. Food was hot and fresh but defeats the concept of fast food. Restaurant is very dated and showing a lot of deferred maintenance.
