Haven’t went since it was closed down. I was hesitant to go since I hadnt really heard anything about it lately. Food came out fast and fresh. Tables and floors were clean. Staff was friendly.

Experience last night was absolutely terrible due to a staff member named Lilly (yes we asked for names it was that bad and unwarranted). We didn’t understand why she was immediately being rude while asking which items we wanted in the drive-thru, then we drive up & she was on her phone talking the entire time: headset in one ear, phone in the other! She didn’t even hand us our drink. Took our payment, walked away and we never saw her again.
We waited at least 10 minutes before the window opened again. Thank God for the other staff member James who you could tell was stressed carrying the weight of her! He was sweet and delivered all the items nicely in a bag and had to go back twice to gather items Lilly forgot to give us. It was evident with how long it took for them to service us, that a lot of the food had to be freshly prepared yet we got home (less than 5 minutes away) and parts of my chicken were almost ice cold. This is one of the only bad, if not the only bad, dining services we’ve received in the area since moving here.

Just left here and I order a 8pcs family meal. It was suppose to come with 2 family sides. Fries was one of the sides I ordered. This isn’t family sized and I assumed she was putting sauce in my bag but she never asked and I didn’t have any in the bag. I go back in to get sauces and figure out the fry situation. As I’m waiting I hear her ask the people in the drive thru if they want sauces. She the waits on me and I said I didn’t get any sauces and I asked her was this a family sized fry. She told me no it’s not but didn’t give me any extras to make it the family size and then told me they don’t put sauce in your bag unless I say something, they don’t ask? Even though I just heard her ask the people in drive thru. Will never ever spend my money here again.
