DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
Slow wait in drive thru. Nobody has a clue what to do. Who’s in charge of this place they need to be retrained how to run a store. Expensive food not worth what it cost. 3 bucks for a piece of chicken the size of a chicken nugget what a damn joke. No utensils to eat my sides again waste of money. Napkins just thrown in bag as if they picked em off the floor. Asked for sauce did I get it? Take a guess. Fix the issues or close this place down.

I ordered pick up from the app. It was ready at the time they said it would be. However, the food looked old and was hard like it had been reheated. They also put the coleslaw inside of the box with the hot food so it too was hot. The portions are not like they were before. The fish was so small, the entire piece didn’t cover the bun of one of the fish sandwiches I ordered. I normally would have read the previous reviews but I had been here before (years ago)with no problem. It is so disappointing. Now I have to figure out what I’m going to have for dinner because the LJS went into the trash.

So the lady in the window today was awesome. I did an order in the app and then get to the window and it didn’t take because I didn’t hit send after the payment part… duh… then when I put in the payment it removed the coupon. Im over the app. But the Lady in the window was patient and kind. And I will be back because of the customer not because of the app. I guess there was a time limit when ordering. Im over it.
My food was hot and delicious…..

Me and my husband were craving ljs, but when we looked at our meals we were both saying is this a kid’s meal? They were tiny chicken planks and some dry waffle fries that little kids eat. The kind of waffle fries from a dollar store. I do not remember the meals looking like this in the past. Only the hushpuppies and coleslaw looked the same. The fries use to be very good, what happened now. And, I remember the chicken planks were double the size in the past. We paid a lot of money for these tiny meals and we will never return.

I ABSOLUTELY hate the waffle fries! I have been eating at this ljs location since I was a kid and nowadays i would take my kids kind of like a tradition, but the last several times we went i realized how bad it is changing. The food portions are a lot smaller but way more expensive. The delicious normal fries have been replaced with nasty hard tasteless waffle fries, disgusting. It is not at all the same restaurant i once loved. Not anymore.

Just left there about 40 mins ago. I ordered a fish/shrimp combo and a 2 fish combo. I didn’t realize how late it was (must’ve been prepping to close). I ordered and they noted that it will take 10 minutes to prepare. I waited the 10 minutes. Unbelievably when I got home… our food was cold and everything was very hard! We could barely bite into the food! They could’ve politely told me they were preparing to close instead of selling me bad food! So disappointed because we hadn’t purchased there in years, but stopped there a few weeks ago and was impressed! Tonight was the total opposite! I would rather be told they were closing than to wait 10 minutes and get cold hard food! That is so foul! The food there is not cheap either!

To ‘owner’ oh you most definitely will. Was a great experience for the most part. Just hope y’all don’t burn out your managers with poor workers. There was a lady and gentleman who seemed to do most of the work and had all the customer service, but others on shift acted like being there was a pain in their butt. I wasn’t quite sure of their names, I think it was Linda? Or Melinda they called the hard working female and Uppi? Epi? Something like that they called the gentleman who was really putting in some work as well.
Don’t think some of them realize their customer service creates ‘vibes’ and bad ‘vibes’ from no smiling, no cheer, looking and appearing like it’s a drag to be there, gives people the ‘ick’
But those other two definitely make you want to come back.

The standard these days at long john’s is, they drop the food when you order. They tell you it will be 10-15 minutes. … this night it was more like 20-22 minutes. And the car ahead of me got into some dispute over their food (drive thru). She gave them the finger and drove off. I would imagine part of her frustration is waiting so long.
After the wait, Our food was extra oily. Probably due to dropping the food in the grease before it hit the right temperature. If you’re going to wait that long for the food, it should be right. Everything was oily, the hush puppies, and the fish.
Technically, that isn’t FAST FOOD.

I visited the location today and I experienced the most nasty filthy rude service possible I’m her working. The cook clothing were so dirty and nasty he was on the phone and rubbing his hair which wasn’t covered the cashier left the register went in back didn’t was his hands and prepared my food when I confronted him about it he lied and said he did wash his hands then he said it wasn’t required then I asked for my money back and how long would it take he said he didn’t know I asked was it a franchise or corporate he said he didn’t know I asked for a manager he said she’s not here. He next remark was I only make 12 an hour I don’t get paid enough to answer your question in my entire life I’ve never experienced anything like it before I’m from Texas and would never visit any long John silver restaurant again.
