Waited 5 minutes, which I didn’t mind, for fresh chicken. 3.60 for ONE PIECE, wouldn’t have minded had it not been the size of someone’s pinky finger, which was BURNT, AS WELL AS THE KRISPIES, probably because they cooked a piece of chicken that was not of normal size for a standard time for a normal size piece of chicken. And the small order of hush puppies I received were bone cold and old. The only person in this parking lot is me and has been me for the last 45 minutes. No reason why any food should be cold. I cook hush puppies at home. They take 1 minute to make and that’s on my stove. That’s called pure laziness. I will never visit this location again.

This place is like any other Long John Silvers if you have ever been to one. I rated the food 4 out of 5 because it is very good. But very greasy. It is deep fried fish. I would expect a lot of grease. I think the fish is delicious. But some may not like the grease. They changed the fries to waffle fries. I am not a fan of them. There is nothing wrong with them at all. I just prefer regular fries.
I’ve been here several times and the service has always been good. They are always friendly and welcoming. And they have always gotten my order correct. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the decore is a little boring and the chairs aren’t very comfortable. Not terrible, but not great.

I had not eaten at a Long John Silvers in over 20 years. The chicken was so good, I went back a second time shortly after! Both days the associates were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, and my food was hot and fresh.

I was trying to order on the app online to use an online only coupon , it would not work I called spoke with Shannan she was so nice told me when I got there she would help me. She took the time to help me , although the app was not allowing me to use the BOGO ( yes it was still valid ) she honored it anyway. I was not the only customer that had an issue with the app. We need more people like her that shows kindness and compassion for her customers . Thank you Shannan .

Negative stars if I could. Went here yesterday and as I was eating noticed what looks to be a mouse dropping in my food. I’m no expert but with the menu they have, there is no item on there that could have been crossed cooked to have a piece of it end up in my food. Upon touching it with a napkin it was soft. I was immediately disgusted and almost puked. NEVER again will I eat here and others should beware. I’m holding on to the box and contents looking for someone to verify.
