I went to this location on my work break. I placed my order and asked them to input my phone number so i could get my rewards points. Of course non of the employees know how to do this (this is an issue every single time i go here). I waiting about 4 mins just standing there for the manager to show the the button to click to get my rewards. At that point the manager took over checking me out. I had a visa gift card with a small balance left that i asked if i could split payments just to use up what was left on the card and was told yes no problem. But then she couldn’t figure out how to do it or their system doesn’t allow for it , fine , so i just ended up paying in cash. At that point i made a comment that there are always issues at this location because every time i am here no one know how to work your system. To which the manager whispered under her breath to just not come back. I immediately stopped and asked her what she said and for her name which she refused to give. I took a picture of her to send to their corporate since she wouldn’t provide her name and she told me that is illegal (which it is not but i wont be posting as my purpose of taking it was to send to corporate which i have ) . She then banned me from the location for taking her picture because she refused to provide her name . i would recommend avoiding this location as the employees are rude and do not seem to be trained in their system at all.

Very disappointing experience. I asked this employee a few simple questions politely and received no response at all. He came off as rude and uninterested in helping. Customer service was lacking, and it felt like I was being ignored for no reason. Definitely needs improvement in basic communication and professionalism.

if I could give zero stars, I would first off you get charged just to dine in I Got charged almost 5 dollars just because I chose to dine in. So you think with at least that they would bring out the food NO they Scream out loud for you. The food was hot when we got it except for the chicken. The shrimp was not edible. It was rubbery almost like had been defrosted the same day In a water bath. The oil need to changed there were black spots all over the food from the dirty oil. As I am eating, my hush puppy, a hair comes out of it baked right into the middle of a hush puppy was a hair. And fries were literally baked together, so not even cooked properly. The staff was friendly up on ordering the food, but I will never return here. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

I came here to do exactly what I said I would do and that is to give this location an excellent review as of today. I got the number 7 and 2 baha shrimp tacos. The green beans and slaw were delish!!! Wow!! Well worth LJS’s menu prices. The new speaker works great and it’s not a problem trying to place an order anymore. The food was hot and the drinks were cold lol! Great location, great food and very nice people! 10/10 today! Keep up the good work!!

My opinion is just don’t go here!
Doing delivery for ppl you don’t want to be taking forever in restaurants. Well … The place has always been dirty and smells funny(not LJS funny) some kind of stench?!! Last time we were there two men were running wires in the ceiling. I was told, after standing at the counter for 10 minutes, “We are closed!”
Nothing posted saying ‘CLOSED’ and the door was unlocked!
Just don’t go. It needs to close for good and make room for better.

Just sat in line for over 30 mins for one order. Corporate please check your staff. I repeated my order 3 times to the lady, she stalled my order until they closed. I ended up having to just leave, never got my food. Whole line of cars backed up. Woman on clock could have cared less just kept looking out the window and walking away.

Ok to start out I went with my dad to get some fish and McRib at McDonald’s. I know your wondering why I’m at Long John Silvers. Well they were out so we decided to go there instead. We get there and head in and order about 80 dollars of food. Seems like the amount we always spend. We ask for Mac and Cheese which doesn’t show on the menu. They said it was not made. I settled on corn . Pay and start to wait. As I’m waiting I guess I seen something I wasn’t supposed to see. It started as one employee pushing through an door and then started an yelling and cussing scene. Mad props to the supervisor for trying to get control but the one employee was not calming down and stopping as the manager says “not in front of the customer ” . This is as she gets in between them.she finally gets them to stop . This causes my father to get an headache and sits down in chair. We get our food and drive home. I get home and count my food due to having issues with all delivery all the time. The pics are what I find. I’m missing 1 chicken, 2 fish, and had only 7 of 16 hushpuppies. I now drive back up to the store after calling the business and telling them I’m missing food. It seems like this happens alot. I get there and my food is sitting on top of the counter(top part). It seemed like wasting my time was the way they want to treat their customers. I’m hungry and eat a hushpuppy as I’m driving home and it was cold. So don’t seem like I will be eating there for a really long time.

Too disorganized. I felt sorry for the 3 workers behind the counter who were led by someone who obviously is in over her head. I stood and watched as folks got their to go orders and upon checking, came back to the counter cause something was missing. The food was fresh, hot. Get somebody in there who trains people correctly so they know protocol, and you’ll have more positive reviews.

i ordered the 2 chicken basket one chicken wasn’t breaded all the way. it was slimy. couples hours later i was throwing my guts up. never eat at this location or any again.
