Used to come here alot then went downhill, but went late today, its been awhile but the newer staff was great and polite friendly, food was fresh hot, new Mac and cheese is so good, the upgrades that have been made are definitely looking up for this location

After traveling to 2 other locations (E Wash. St. location, the doors were locked), the LJS on S Emerson, drive thru only. We ended up at the Crawfordsville Rd location and got to eat inside. The food was good, besides the shrimp being fried too long but they did remake it, The young man that helped us was amazing.

I feel that the hush puppies saved the food experience while my husband feels that the shrimp and fish saved the experience. I will give a star ⭐ for the crunchiest shrimp and fish it was seasoned well.I was literally coughing so much because of the burnt char on the shrimp some of the shrimp had been burnt a little.

food is go but if u order drive thru they don’t give u all your food . it has happened more then twice now. they forgot my coleslaw and my shrimp last time my clams . 20 for one dinner get it right .

I went To this location on my lunch break to purchase me and my coworkers food . I got there at 12:20 waited 5 minutes at the speaker , nobody answered . As i approached the drive thru i was rudely acknowledged . The first thing the woman at the speaker said was “do you have a card ? “
“You have to pay with card I’m not accepting cash unless you have the exact change . “
That was very inconvenient and the way she said it was rude . I ordered My food at 12:30 and i didn’t Get my food till 1:05 I only ordered two meals . After my drinks and food was given i was told to pull forward and I still had to wait on hush puppies . When i got Back to work we had missing food and food was cold including my hush puppies . There was no way we were waiting on fresh hot hush puppies my job is only 5 minutes away .

Line was no where to be found not curious why. The chicken was old and recooked and now soggy the fries were freshly cooked in very old oil as there is burnt specs all over and the middle is not fully cooked. I didn’t receive everything that was supposed to be in the 2 boxes I bought. Very disappointed I don’t go to long johns often and when I do this is what is being served it’s disrespectful to the customers waisting money and the boss for the employees to be slacking this bad. Absolutely the worst location I have visited.

Bought a family meal from LJS. I bit into a piece of chicken and the piece was raw. So I opened the rest of the chicken and another piece was raw. Called the store and the only thing Samantha could do was remake the order for me. No thank you, I’d rather not receive more raw chicken!
