The wait was long and the fish was half the normal size. It’s hard to get good food at fast food restaurants in Springfield. Quality of the food is terrible. Tried to call them for 30 minutes, but the phone was off the hook. Do better!!

First time going since the new building was built. Was excited until I got home. I ordered the fish and chicken platter so i could have leftovers for lunch the next day. 2 fish and 3 chicken. I had no fish at all and the chicken is now half the size it used to be. At least there were a couple crispies in the box. Not as many as there used to be unfortunately. When I tried to call and tell them my fish was missing, the phone kept ringing busy. Guess I will have to go on my lunch tomorrow and get my fish. So disappointed.

Reasons why Long John Silver’s makes me sad…
Well, they fry all their items in oil used to fry shellfish, so that’s a huge concern.
Another disappointment… apparently, they’ve changed the size of the chicken flanks.
They are now almost the same size as the hushpuppies, which brings me to the next disappointment…
The hushpuppies are only half cooked, literally. No one has turned those poor puppies during the cooking process whatsoever.
My last and final disappointment is that the food is really never fresh. You’re getting old no matter what.

Recently went there and got two fish,chicken and huspuppie dinners. They were a little bit smaller,but not that much. I still got plenty full and the fish was awesome. My wife likes the chicken and she said it was very good. Service was quick and easy as it has gotten much better since first reopening. Probably had a few hit ups to work through. Going back soon!

Worst fish ever.. full of grease! The speaker on the drive-thru is horrible. I had ordered more fish, and I’m glad you didn’t hear me from the way my fish was. Cheese curds weren’t bad, but no root beer. The young man working was great, just bad food and for what we pay it’s just sad.

Good grief how do they mess up an order so badly?
I orders the 15 pieces of shrimp. I got old almost burnt hard greasy unedible shrimp. On the fish and shrimp platter, We got 2 pieces of fish undercooked NO shrimp at all, and 8 hush puppies, its supposed to have only 2 hush puppies and 6 shrimp. The iced tea was warm and served with NO or completely melted ice.
I thought that since you rebuilt the building and hired new staff that things would be better here. Unfortunately it’s worse.
I could even take it back, because I’m disabled and it caused me a lot of pain to go pick it up. Door dash always gets it wrong or ice cold food so, I had no option, but to inform you of the complete FAILURE of the location. The only good thing there was the very nice and helpful girl working the front. Keep her reprimand the rest.

Food and prices were great. Server didn’t understand half of what we were trying order then only gave us tarter sauce when we asked for malt vinegar as well, another person got that for us. It was quick and good EXCEPT I did get 1 piece of chicken that was deep fried and still RAW!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I got in line in the drive thru at 8:32. I didn’t get my food till 9:00 and there were only 5 cars ahead of me. One person bailed out on the wait. The people serving were friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered the fish and chicken meal. 2 fish and 3 chicken with 2 sides. When I got home with the meal I had no fish. Just 3 chicken. I was charged for the full meal. Eating the chicken, some were fine, but one was especially dry and old tasting. The hush puppies were good. The slaw was good. I got the Mac & cheese. It was terrible and I couldn’t stomach more than a bite or two. I don’t recommend it. It was a bad experience all around. I won’t be back.
