I went with my mom and dad which was a not very large order, but while we were ordering we asked how big the portion of baked cod was, so the guy Jake who was ringing us out went into the cooler and got a piece of cod without gloves or anything, and proceeded to put it back. Then after we ordered it took better of 20 minutes to get our food, and we got one meal wrong. One guy was filling the ice (which was out for a long time) and his pants were sagging and it was gross. We eat here often and this time was a terrible expierence.

This is the worst managed restaurant in englewood ohio. they never get the order’s right.you wait for ever for your food,and the person at the drive up window takes your money ring it up and then handles your food with NO gloves nasty place
