This location is recently remodeled inside and out. It’s clean and the bright interior still maintains the LJS vibe. The staff was very friendly. And, can any review about LJS be complete without mentioning the delicious crispies?

Warm and welcoming!! The hospitality at this location is unmatched!!! I felt like family coming home for a visit. The food was made to order. Was hot and fresh when it got to the table. I hadn’t had long John’s in many many years. The food hit the spot. Thanks for a great experience and we’ll definitely be back to visit!

My wife and I recently visited the Long John silver’s on Kemper Road in sharonville at the intersection of lippelman Road and Kemper Road. As we drove in. We were impressed by its recent paint job and when we walked in it was very clean and tidy. We were met by the manager. I can’t remember her name, but she was absolutely Superior in her charisma and ability to interact with customers. We ordered an order of eight pieces of fish and two drinks and we ordered it to eat it there. I was surprised how quickly the order was ready when we got it. It was incredible. Very hot, crispy and delicious. The manager there was so good that we actually went back a second time the next week and we are going to continue to make a regular shot cuz even though all food is expensive these days, some restaurant food is a better value than other places. Long. John silver’s on Kemper Road in sharonville has the best atmosphere and food quality of any restaurant that I’ve been to. The manager knows what she’s doing and the company knows what they’re doing by hiring and having someone like her managing their store. I understand that the actual corporate offices are right behind the store. I’m only mentioning this because I want to make sure that they know what manager I’m talking about. This was the evening shift on both occasions.

Davina was my server. She had the most pleasant service attitude. Friendly and courteous. Her smile and laugh were infectious. Everyone should take notes from her. My experience with her was one of the best I have ever had with fast food restaurants. Go see Davina, she will make sure you are welcome and comfortable. Kuddos.

I got there around 740 and was out the drive thru n three mins. That should have been my first red flag! Just horrible the food was COLD. I got double fries but they were just broken waffle fries. They were hard not edible at all. Just horrible and don’t ask me what sauce I want if you not gonna give me what I asked for!! And no hush puppies. I need a full refund but unfortunately they were closed!!

First time eating at this restaurant. Service was good, people were friendly. The buildings outside was dirty and run down. Food tasted “off” and I ended up throwing it all up about 8 minutes after I finished eating. I had also gotten a free basket to go with my order via the app and I just threw it away. Would not recommend for anyone and will never eat it again. Ate at the location off of Kemper rd in Sharonville OH.

How unbelievably simple is it to just do your jobs? DoorDashed $60 worth of food. Order was missing fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. Why bother even going to work if your going to steal people’s money and not provide the service you advertise.

I came to this restaurant 6/28/2024 at 8:27pm ordered a $6 chicken and more basket the food was old and greasy chicken had black spots all over it. I leave the drive thru had to turn around and take the food back. A white woman came to the window and asked what was the problem I told her everything was old and greasy. I asked for a refund gave the woman my food she refused to refund me my money called the police department. Because it’s civil he couldn’t make her give me my money. This type of behavior is unacceptable in customer service. The workers have no integrity serving old food. And no customer service skills I will be calling corporate Monday morning
