I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. But, this one is absolutely necessary. People at Long John Silvers are not doing their job, and I don’t know if it comes from a prefrozen delivery or if they’re battered and cleaned there at the actual store, but every single piece of popcorn shrimp still has the black line running down the back and it’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting
It’s a good thing there was a ton of the crunchy bits or I wouldn’t have had anything to eat which is IS & IS NOT saying a lot.

Awful experience. The food is way overpriced for the portion you receive. I counted 6 fries plus crumbs in my box and when I went to go inside and discuss it the doors were all locked. It’s not even 8pm yet, why? I think so they don’t have to deal with people having issues with their meals. 乁[ ◕ ᴥ ◕ ]ㄏ
Then the, “manager,” told me that 6 fries was all she was authorized to put in my $17 platter, and that they weighed the fries now so that’s just how it’s going to be. Zero customer service. Long John’s just found another way to take advantage of consumers. I won’t be back. Save your money

Don’t waste your money! I see why the drive-thru and restaurant were empty. Had to wait 20 minutes after I ordered for my food to finally be walked out. During that time we saw the drive-thru employee walk out to the parking lot twice to chat and vape something with a girl in the parking lot. He finally brought our food out and both the fries and hush puppies tasted like they had been reheated by being dropped back down in the fryer. None of the food in our 3 meals tasted fresh. I’m including a picture of my meal. There was 5 regular sized fries and a couple little pieces and that is supposed to be a meal?! Absolutely ridiculous to serve such small portions of re-warmed-up food to people who had to wait 20 minutes to be fed. Was given 8 tartar sauce and 6 ketchup for some reason but wasn’t given a receipt. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else. Do the community a favor and let this place go out of business!

Food was made fresh. Very good. Building is currently in the process of remodeling, fair warning. We had dinner a little closer to closing time, so staff was working on pre-close work making them a little hard to track down when we needed something, otherwise they were very friendly.

I usually go through the drive-through so the atmosphere doesn’t really affect me although it looks nice inside especially compared to the old days. My dad really loves it. He’s 97 so about once every other week, I’ll go through and get his order. I will say that your cheesecake factory chocolate cheesecake is outstanding. I personally love their chicken planks, which is basically chicken tenders in their breading they’re really good and their hush puppies are great. They’re corn is sweet as can be and taste. Incredible and the green beans are just really good. I know a lot of people don’t go to this type of place anymore, but it’s a nice change of pace and the food is good a little pricey, but good.

Update: 11/10- ljs has reimbursed me $9.99. nothing more, at least the overcharge has been applied back to me. I am extremely leary of their app and I would not use it again because of the potential for issues. The amount of time it took me to reach out to them and to go through this terrible experience was exhausting.
Update: it’s now 11/6. Still no word from Long John silver’s. This location is not yet refunded me. I’ve tried calling again no answer my next step is to visit the location in person and to file a complaint online with the appropriate agency. I am still awaiting a refund for a $9.99 overcharge from an app purchase made on 10/31, which was promised at the drive-thru window. Despite numerous calls to the location, I have yet to receive a refund or any attempt to rectify the issue. As of 11/3, I have been forced to initiate a dispute through my bank. Unfortunately, the unprofessional staff and apparent lack of concern from the company have led me to vow never to return.

So disappointed! Went through drive through and got home to find this as my lunch. Eighteen bucks for this is crazy. It’s supposed to be two pieces of chicken, side of claims and three pieces of shrimp. Looks like a kids meal. Would recommend going somewhere else.

The the hush puppies tasted rotten for what we actually did try to eat of them the chicken was loaded down in Grease same for the pieces of fish we got The waffle fries were unedible even after reheating I never like to leave bad reviews on restaurants but this one is necessary. And I don’t think any stars should be given to this store they may be overwork and understaffed but still no excuse for terrible unedible food $40 for a bag of disgusting greasy garbage ️

Staff were very nice. Went through the drive thru. Food was done quickly and accurately. Not too happy they switched to waffle fries.
