Went on a Sunday afternoon. This was my third visit to this newer venue but first dining in. The staff was friendly and approached immediately. The dining room was clean and very quiet. Food was hot and delivery was quick for the process and level of business at the time. We ate and relaxed in peace. The decorations are perfect for hurons nautical location. A good addition to the community.

Food was over cooked and oil was old and not clean. Frys cold and under cooked. Hush puppies was rock hard.Fish and Chicken had black charcoal from oil being dirty. 1 person working and 5 standing outside. Was really hoping this would be a great place. Love long john silvers. This one not so much. Live one min away but guess ill have to drive an hour away to get great ljs somewhere else. Hope they can stay in business through the winter time. As I don’t see many locals wasting there money here.

It’s great to see a ljs near me. I decided to try out the new location. It wasn’t super busy when I went. The service was fast. They also have a kiosk you can order from. The food was really good. I would like to see packets of condiments offered along with the pumps and cups. The price is ok. You can’t go into a seafood place and expect to get out for 5 bucks. It’s definitely worth the 20 minute drive for me.

First time here, went inside and ordered take out. We’ve been so excited that this location opened, but what a terrible experience. We ordered a 16 piece family meal and an 8 piece shrimp meal and spent $60. After waiting almost 30 minutes, we drove home and discovered we didn’t get our $16 shrimp meal, my husband’s dinner. So I called the restaurant and spoke to Leslie, who was immediately defensive and rude. I explained we were missing part of our order and she said that she remembered me and that I was wrong and she had packed our entire order and we had received everything we ordered. She went on to say we got the 16 piece meal with 4 family size sides….corn, waffle fries, Cole slaw, and Mac n cheese. I told her yes, I did get those but not the shrimp meal and she said, “oh you didn’t get your shrimp meal, just come in anytime youre in the area and let them know youre in the book”. Not only was she rude, but the missing food was expensive and my husband didn’t have his meal so I made him something else while my food sat and got cold. We rarely go to Huron so this was very disappointing that she said i should stop in if im in the emarea inthe future. There were no other guests inside the restaurant, so not giving us all of our order is ridiculous! I won’t be going back to this location.

For a new location it’s pretty bad already. A few of the menu items are not available and the ones we did get were not the greatest. The soda fountain was off on the Brix for all of the flavors, super low syrup delivery with most of the drink being carbonated water!!! I tried others to find one that was correct and didn’t find any, usually this is a cheaper option for the restaurant to make extra profit because pop is one of the highest yielding profit items, even more so when they cut the syrup short . For the cost of the food for us I expect a fair glass of pop minimum!
I don’t recommend this location and will not be back myself. McDonald’s is close and better.

Haven’t been to a LJS in forever! I LOVE the breading. I do miss the fries, as they only have waffle fries now. Did not get what we ordered. While most of the order was correct, instead of the 2 large sides of clam strips we ordered, we were given 1 small side. The hushpuppies are not as good as they used to be, but the breading on the fish and chicken is exactly on point!

I haven’t been too a Long John’s in 13 years the location was great restaurant was super clean the cashier Lakeisha was very helpful and the manger vdevon approach smiles and start talking about the location the food was great so delicious…thanks Long John’s for the great food and friendly worker’s..my vacation to ohio was great .

Food was ok but drive through service was slow. Staff was friendly but after paying for order I was left sitting in the parking lot for 20 min waiting for my take out food. Its probably the longest I have ever waited for fast food. Will likely give them one more try because they just recently opened and I have always liked LJS. Will update rating on next visit.

It wasn’t busy when I went to the drive thru. The woman at window was pleasant, suggested a dessert she liked. This place delivered, it was the same greasy fish and chicken combo I alway look forward to. It’s Long John Silvers!!
