The staff is always nice when we go here. I appreciate that the food is always fresh; hot and tastes great! (Not the healthiest but when I am looking for a Long John Silvers fix that is my favorite location!)

Yes it’s fast food but I hadn’t had LJS in years and honestly the quality was better than I remember.
It’s greasy goodness. I recall sometimes the fish would be mushy inside but the fish was perfect. It was actually fish fillet not overly breaded. The chicken planks were real chicken, not processed like McNuggets. I didn’t eat the hushpuppies or the fries but they seemed ok.
The location I went was literally a walk up window because the entire building was under construction but it didn’t stop people from walking up.
Food came out quickly and was a good value.

I’ve loved Long John Silvers since I was a kid. I even worked at one as a teenager. This LJS is your only choice in Cleveland. The next closest one is in Elyria. The food and service is great, but I fear they are having staffing problems as it’s rarely open in time. They also often have the dining room closed forcing you to go to their Walk up window. No matter the weather. I was just there the other day. It was freezing and snowy. I did choose to stay and get my food and the staff were fast and courteous, but if I wasn’t hungry and strapped for time, I probably would have gone somewhere else. Overall though great food, good service.

Love this place! Where I’m from, we no longer have a Long John Silver’s, so I was absolutely delighted! Throwing a few French fries out of the window to watch the seagulls have fun was a super bonus! Wheel chair accessible. Super friendly service. Great food! Thank you!

I love long John silvers always eat here when I’m in the parma area can’t beat the 2 pc fish for $6 always has been one of my favorite places since I was a kid getting them pirate hats this store in parma is a really old one pretty run down service is always good an quick unlike the one that closed on Woodville Rd Toledo I waited in there drive thru several times for a half hr or more there is a new one just opened in Huron OH tried it super quick hot fresh food an great atmosphere love the new store an look

It’s take out only right now, looks like there is construction being done on the building. Because of that, I could only order online. They have a takeout window, with a bell to ring, but they’re not very fast. I ordered a combo meal, it was missing sauces and coleslaw and they shorted me on portion. Not worth the $25

They’re getting a remodel and it looks horrible outside. And inside I was honestly concerned they didn’t have dropped plastic so nothing air-born from the work could get into the food because air-born inhalants are dangerous. Like workers please wear a mask for your own safety.

One of the last great survivors. I came late an hour before closing and my food was served to me quickly…uh oh. Even though the food was not fresh can someone overcooked slightly it still was kind of tasty….go figure. I just would recommend asking for your fried foods to be freshly made especially late night. Service was good.
