Always fresh n hot food. Always takes a good minute to get ur order especially through the drive thru but that’s expected. They have the BEST chicken around, N the coleslaw is pretty good too! Would be 5 stars but they always seem to forget to put something I ordered in my bag and they never seem to have hot sauce anymore…I use it on my chicken 🙁

This restaurant was lacking in cleanliness and atmosphere. The food wasn’t very good. However, the staff did do well with entertaining my kids as they had a coloring station (with coloring pages that were drawn my staff and very nicely done) and trick or treat bags with small toys.

The computers kept crashing, and staffing seemed low, but the employees there worked their very best to get everyone through as fast as they could with an upbeat attitude despite all the stress. It was really busy that day. The food was great. You have some great employees here. I hope you get them a better computer system, your technology is lacking behind your people and slowing them down.

The food was fresh and tasted good. The crew stated that they could only do fries and hushpuppies for the sides because they were out if containers for other sides. But funny thing is that we ate in and the plates have sections where sides go. So not sure why it was a problem. Felt like the staff could have been friendlier.

Food was good but really ticks me off when i ask for extra tarter sauce and get 2 packs total. So i have a bunch of fish and 2 packets really? And this happens every time i go to this location. As much as the food cost id think they can afford 1-2 tarter sauce packet per fish piece and not for the whole order especially when i asked for extra since i know this location is stingy with their sauce packets and next time ill hold up the drive thru and check my order .

Friendly and cheerful staff. The classic Fish Taco changes each time. Usually delicious! I do believe it was “kicked”. The new Mac and cheese with crumbles was the size of what I would normally dip my 3 piece fish in a tater sauce cup, slightly warm. Glad I ordered it.. was very hungry today and could have eaten all off it. Alas, it had a crisp shrimp tail that proved too much to swallow. In summary…the Pepsi filled the void and the meal hit the . Unfortunate….I love fish/seafood dinners. Gone downhill in outward appearance and quality greatly. The staff did their level best.

Literally this place is scamming! I give the cashier a 50 dollar bill for $6.77 order, the cashier gives me $13.33 I’m change…. I say “this is the wrong change” she gives me another 20$… I ask for the manager, explain the situation and request my correct change. The manager counts the drawer and says the drawer is right! I say someone is wrong and I want my correct change or I’m not leaving… they ask if I’m threatening??! I say know I just want my correct change. Don’t go here

Place was in need of a good cleaning. Tables & seats were filthy, the counter area was messy, the cashier was in Jean’s & rock t-shirt, cook had on ball that advertising Miller beer & hair was not pulled back, the other employee was just standing by door to other exit with it propped open & smoking a cigarette, they acted as if it was no big deal that I had come in & frankly when I asked if they were open their reply was , well yeah if we have to be….this was 1:30 in the afternoon.

It’s dirty inside. I will not eat there. Once I went in to pick up and order and rain water was pouring in from the roof into a bucket near the counter. The workers are usually outside smoking MOST of the time. They don’t remove their aprons when they go outside and hang out , sitting on the filthy ground.. The building hasn’t been painted or updated in (what looks to be) 30 plus years. I actually love long john silvers but will not visit this location (Washington court house, Ohio)unless they make major changes.
