Should have known not to order and just walk out. The floor was so greasy I about fell. I ordered 16 deep fried shrimp and two pieces of chicken. Take out ordered. Ended up getting 15 undercooked (the batter was raw on the inside)shrimp and one actual piece of chicken the other was all gristle with a little chicken attached. The people cooking the food were not wearing any food prep gear. Handling raw food with bare hands. The guy cooking came out changed his shoes pool proped the men’s bathroom door open rinsed his hands then changed his shoes again and went back to cooking with bare hands.Will never go back to this restaurant.

ALWAYS forgetting our whole order, had to go back inside and manager was rude and told my husband not to come back. Went through drive thru tonight and they refused service and was using profanity. It was their mess up and they act that way. Terrible customer service, no customer service!!! Don’t get what you pay for. Don’t understand why corporate, or the owner hasn’t replaced management, she is AWFUL!!!! Workers using profanity towards customers is UNACCEPTABLE! I wasn’t banned but you couldn’t pay me to go back to your crappy establishment! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!!

Gross, nasty and fish taste like the batter was plain flour. Took 10 minutes to get my 2 person meal. 2 customers eating in dining. 1 car in drive thru. When we walked in. After 10 minutes. I asked for my money back. After i shouted to the back. Because all employees were not to be seen. It was 5:18 & a Friday. Was the reason they said my order took so long. The entire establishment smelt like old dirty burnt grease oil.

The parking lot is always so dark here who would want to go here. And they greet you with just so you know there’s a 15 to 20 minute wait not welcome to Long John silver’s or thank you for choosing Long John silver’s. They act like they don’t want any business keep the parking lot dark the drive-thru is dark and they’re not very friendly

But then look at the guy behind the counter and the other guy. Both long hair, dirty, greasy and unkempt with long hair and beards. No hair nets and no beard nets were worn. Standards of the type of people working in restaurants has definitely went down hill. We will never come to this restaurant ever again.

They got our order whole order wrong. One boxed meal had no fries or Cole slaw. They will not answer phones and it wasn’t busy!! Very disappointed. We tried several times to call but no answer.

When we arrived around 4:30 the lot was dead. We weren’t sure they were open. Went to door and walked inside. It was quiet.
Walked to counter and commented about no traffic to which the cashier responded, “We are busy from 11-2 then 5-6.” Indicating it was slow time.
Ordered a #11 and 2 #12s (all chicken). The cook made up plates with 8 pieces of chicken and said she’s making the other 3. I wonder why so much chicken was pre ready during a dead time? It was hard and rubbery. And from the looks of it likely had been there since lunch rush. Sad sad situation. Don’t eat here. Its a waste of money. Look at the pics for reference. Fresh chicken on right, old chicken on left.

Ordered fish and fries. 2 drinks. Total cost was over 27.00. The food was slightly greasy, but tasted good. Appeared to have a smaller amount of fries than previously. Staff was nice and friendly.

Service is friendly and efficient. Grilled shrimp had no char, the seasoning was good. The hush puppies were super light but greasy. The fried shrimp and fish were as expected, good. Coleslaw was good. Bonus I asked for double coleslaw and I received quadruple. I did not notice until I got home.
