This place has really gone down. The prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get without a drink included. The fish and chicken sizes are enough to feed a child. The waiting time takes so long and your food sits open. The food isn’t very hot and fresh like it use to be.

Waited at the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. There were three vehicles in front of me. All I requested was a fish and shrimp meal and waited and waited and waited, for my simple order. I finally asked to speak to the manager. I was told that he wasn’t available. Someone finally showed up, picked my order from the counter and handed it to me. I’m not going back to this LJS until I hear that management has been replaced.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. When we got done I went get a Togo box noticed all the mold and how ran down the place was. I’d say this place needs a overhaul. The outside is in disrepair.

I got the fish taco’s in Owensboro, KY. They had great service, but I swear those fish taco’s they make down there are tainted! They tasted kind of different and upset my stomach! Now, on the other hand!.. I went to this particular Long John Silver’s and got the same exact fish tacos and they tasted untainted! I was very impressed and this will now be the only Long John Silver’s that I will pull up to order me some delicious fish taco’s (Sweet Chilli & Western) Sorry, I ate them too fast to be able to show you a photo of the absolute deliciousness I devoured! The only reason I’m giving a 4 versus a 5, was due to asking for Vinegar and getting home to find zero in my bag. Otherwise, I did drive thru, ended up having to pull over to wait for freshly cooked chicken – which I am A OK with waiting on fresh food! The lady at the window, to include the employee who brought my food out, provided exceptional customer service! (I just wish I would’ve gotten at least one or two vinegars lol)
