When they shut down many of the Long John Silvers locations in TN, I was so sad. It seems they are slowly opening up more but I recently had to go to London, KY and when I saw they had a location, I had to go!
I was worried it wouldn’t be as good as I remembered but I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as good as i remember! Great service from the young lady at the front, and the food was hot and tasty!

Stopped in on our way to TN, this was just a quick stop and go and how awesome was our dining experience? 5+☆s!!! Super friendly workers, excellent customer service. I got the salmon dinner with 2 sides, my husband got the 3 fish dinner. Both were fresh and delicious! There’s no condiments sitting out, so make sure you ask for them when you pick up your order. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Restrooms well stocked and the store was super clean!

I have never gave a review at any establishment, but this is ridiculous.
First of all I came inside and everyone was outside smoking a cigarette and I stood in the lobby while all the alarm was going off and it took them about 10 to 15 minutes to come inside to take my order.
Then when I received my order I received a box full of crumbs and the food was cold.

Chicken filets were a lot smaller than they used to be for the same price was a ripp-off and it wasn’t even 5pm yet and they had half the dining room shut down.

Abysmal food. Cold. Sent 9 packets of tartar sauce for five pieces of fish, even after my husband asked for extra twice. Anyone who eats this fish knows that you have to have the sauce to make it edible to begin with. And you can’t eat it cold. The one side we got, corn, was absolutely disgusting, rubbery and didn’t even taste like corn. Absolute garbage and 40 dollars for a five-piece chicken and three-piece chicken box of trash.

Four people on duty, line backed up for drive thru orders, some people coming in and out charging cell phone on their luggage, and we waited about 20 minutes for our order. We counted 9 fries in the dinner box.

I ordered a family meal and the corn was brown and was smelly. The chicken was terribly hard could not even chew it. The Cole slaw was good. The lobster bites was good. The wait time was long, as long as we waited it should of been fresh. In all, I believe I wasted $54.00. This was my experience with them. I hope this will make future orders better. It was the last time I try Long John Silvers, it broke me.
