I haven’t had Long John Silver’s in a while since the nearest one is in the next town. We visited kind of late but I’m so glad we did, the food was fresh and delicious,they have a pair of twin young men that was amazing,even though there staff was young, they do an awesome job. Thank yall.

The portions have become considerably smaller than in the past. The green beans were flavored well and the cole slaw is far better than the other chains. However our chicken was not thoroughly cooked and you should expect better when spending near $55 for a cardboard box of food. The staff was friendly which is why I didn’t give them only 1 ⭐.

Excellent food. Really excellent, but drastically overpriced and bad service. Also, they ran out of the corn that my wife loves so much. Service was slow in drive thru. I was the only car in drivethru when I arrived, and there was a long line when I left. They charged me for an item that was free when I told them my “Secret Society” (their loyalty program) number. They even said it was free, but when I got home and checked the receipt, they charged me for it. I love the food, but it is drastically overpriced. It wasn’t the first time they were out of a side item that we wanted. Too small of a building for the amount of business they do.

Walked in and was greeted by a young woman behind the counter . About 8 teenagers was standing behind her laughing and having a great time. Meanwhile the tables and the floor is dirty as well as the trash needs to be taking out. Paid $45 for a meal we couldn’t eat. Fish was cold and hard, cheese curds was cold, claims was hard and almost nonexistent. Best part of my meal was my Dr. Pepper. I will not be back. I hope everyone else has a better experience than we did. Good luck!

I chose this location to have my birthday dinner and spent over $35. This is my first negative review. I don’t like doing it. That being said. This is a new build. There should not be a fountain pop machine with the ice dispenser not working. So we had warm drinks. There were no small lids available. The lids that were there were all over the place. There was an over unclean atmosphere in the drink and dining area. I spent my time while waiting for our dinner shooing flies from our table and then our food. The food had one flavor “butter”. We had several preparations (regular fish, cod fish, chicken, shrimp, grilled shrimp,and hush puppies) and all had the same after taste of “butter”. When leaving I went to the ladies room, and upon entering there was a roll of toilet paper just sitting in the middle of floor. When I finished it became apparent there is also a plumbing issue. Not a customer/employee negligence issue as a simple session required two flushes….Had I wanted to ring the bell when leaving the clutter around it would have prevented me from doing so. Instead of finishing my birthday out with my husband as intended. I ended up at home with an upset stomach and everything that goes with one. Obviously not a pleasant experience. I’ve always been an LJS fan I hope this is not the new standard.

This was my second visit since they reopened. I was very disappointed with the entire visit. It is 54 degrees today and the inside of the restaurant was colder than being outside. It was like eating in a walkin refrigerator. We waited over 15 minutes. My food was lukewarm but my husband’s was hot. While eating, I saw two team members eating on the front line. One of the team members was eating while handing out food to a customer. When no customers were at the counter at least 3 team members were just standing around. I also observed multiple team members touching their faces and hair. There is also a makeup air/exhaust air issue at the restaurant. When we left the restaurant and got home I had to change and wash my clothes to get the smell out. As a former Assistant Manager, General Manager and Training Manager for Long John Silvers, I can tell you the smell in my clothes was almost as bad as when I used ti get home after a 10 hour shift. Very disappointed in the visit today.

This new Long Johns location is the absolute best we have ever had. My wife has always been one to only have LJ’s a couple of times a year, but since this location has opened, we have had it four times in about 6 weeks. The fish, chicken, and hush puppies are consistently the best we have ever had at LJ’s and the store appears to be flourishing. We intend to continue to visit as often as possible.

Food was good & came out quick and employees were nice. Dining room was absolutely filthy and seriously grossed us out. Every single table had trash on it. Feels like everything was covered in a layer of grease. Also, the air smelled like a grease trap and I will have to shower when I get home to get the smell out of my hair. Multiple employees in the back standing around on their phones. It’s like the people that eat here don’t know how to clean up after themselves. Floors and tables are disgusting. Was my first time at this NEW location and in the future I will just go through the drive thru. Wanted to have a good experience…..not to

This was the worst “eating” experience we’ve had. Spent $38 on two meals. When they called our name, they only brought one meal. So I waited. And waited. While waiting, my wife brought hers back because nothing was hot. The lady up front said she make ours fresh. Yeah, that’s what we paid for. Around 15 minutes later, she brings our meals to us. My wife’s shrimp and fish were hot. My hush puppies were hot. That’s it. My chicken was room temperature, fries were almost cold. They forgot my Cole slaw, so I had to ask for that a third time. No refund was given, just an offer for a slice of pie Yeah, no thanks. I’ll just never give you another dime
