The dining area was filthy as was the bathroom. Everything you touched felt greasy on all surfaces. The food was greasy as well. Ordered lobster bites with shrimp and received only 1 lobster bite. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! We spent 22 dollars for 2 of us. Never eat there!!!! You will be truly unhappy and leave with a empty stomach. We tossed all our food away after 2 or 3 bites.

Came through drive thru at 1:15pm, received my food at 1:18 PM drove down the street started to eat my fries. They were cold shrimp cold chicken cold only thing that was remotely hot. Was the fish turn back around brought to my food. It was about 1:22 PM. The manager looked at me as it was my fault asked me (do you want this made over) Didn’t make any accommodations didn’t offer me a free voucher didn’t offer me a free drink anything and I am just now leaving from them remaking my order at 1:43 PM piss poor.

As it’s fast food, I don’t have big expectations. However, at this place, I expect the fish to be somewhat fresh. It wasn’t. Also the fries were not done. It’s like someone took frozen fries and fried them for like three minutes. Soggy and still hard. The lady at the drive through was nice enough. But man, the food at this location is just not up to par.

Always a great place. Sometimes the dining room is open, and sometimes it’s not, so that’s something to be aware of. However, the employees are always super friendly and even if the food takes a minute (or 5), it’s cooked good and is delicious. Their chicken is the best I’ve had aside from my grandma’s! Can’t get any like it anywhere else! The employees are also very helpful. The very first time I went, I didn’t have any idea how to order. All I knew was that I wanted chicken strips, so the lady laid out some options I could choose from and helped explain the sides and everything. Really enjoyable experience.

The food was good I will say that. The store was dirty and the employees were preoccupied with their sex life it seemed. Talking publicly about that in a food environment was not a good way to be at work. The restroom was horrific, no towels and dirty, smelly, I couldn’t wash my hands and escape without using my shirt tail on the knob. Then go eat and carry that with me. Yes the manager needs to clean that place up and the employees talking dirty to each other and such. It’s not good.
