Being the only customer in line, I waited 5 minutes to place my order and another 20 minutes for my food. Cashier made sure had plenty of time to spend with her boyfriend, though, while the other worker sat outside and smoked. There wasn’t even an apology for the wait. Then when we requested a box for the food we didn’t have time to eat, it took her another 5 minutes of talking to her boyfriend and ordering her own food, to actually bring us the box. Terrible service. Find better employees or just close.

They were so kind to my mother and I when we visited the drive thru and I mentioned in passing that I had celiac disease. I didn’t expect the manager to take the time to look up and print off dietary information to help me so that next time, I can eat seafood with my parents instead of going to one of the two restaurants in town that offer a gluten free meal. Now I have a third option! I can’t wait for a time when social distancing is over and we can eat there as a family. Thank you all so very much.

I ordered the chicken and was surprised at how tender it was. It was very good. The service is slow because they cook your order after its places, so it’s a little slow. Other then that very nice, the workers were very nice.

Great staff! They treat you like they appreciate your business! It might take a minute, but food is cooked when ordered. Side dishes are consitantly good. Good price for what you get….

I want to share a bad experience i had with this location within the last 2 days. My cousin and I called Long John Silvers at this particular location, 7536, 1612 S Roane St., Harriman, TN 37748 and was told that we could not rececieve service there and that Captain D’s was just as good and that we should call them for our food. I eventually found out that the person on the phone was a prior girlfriend of a cousin of mine and has a restraining order on him. let me say that this had nothing to do with me calling there and was not expecting to find that I was intimidating her just because I happen to be relative of the person that she was involved with. I don’t even know this girl or how she realized that I was a relative but I will say this. “Goodbye LONG JOHN SILVERS”, if you don’t correct this behavior, I will tell everyone I know not to come there. you may not miss one but I want everyone I can tell to know this behavior is unexceptional. All we wanted was some food and it became an ordeal which actually made me want to come there and act stupid. I don’t know this girl, have never met this girl and until then didn’t have a beef with her . the gentleman she was referring to did not have anything to do with us calling there and I would appreciate someone taking care of this situation because I made a formal complaint with the manager and he seems to be siding with her. All we did was call and order food!!!!! i didn’t even know the girl worked there whoever the hell she is. Is this really how you want your customers treated?

Waited 40 minute to get the food. The food was cold like they left it there for 30 minutes not handing it to us. The chicken was a small peice of strip smaller then that. Like a size of a french fry. She told me they dont like to waste the food. By all mean throw in an extra peice of chicken in my meal… Will not go back to harriman ljs

Andy and his staff are amazing. Store is clean and everyone is friendly. Food was great. Alot better than the last time i was here a few months ago. Whatever they are doing keep it up. Andy is great!!

Great Long John Silvers! I drive a little farther to go here because the Sweetwater store is… well, honestly, I’m not sure how they keep the doors open. The couple times I’ve been in I got great service and the food was what it should be (if you are complaining about greasy fish at a Long John Silvers, you apparently don’t get it). Just wish it was a LJS/A&W location, but if you do it right you don’t need a two for one gimmick.

Slow service. Restrooms needed service. Appeared the 2 young ladies working the front were doing everything. The 2 guys in the back were standing around talking. The food was OK but the prices have really gone up.
