The overpowering religious propaganda is overwhelming. Pamphlets on every table, being told to have a blessed day, fridge magnets, and even coloring sheets. Too much. Was an uncomfortable setting. The employee working in the drive thru was literally singing about how miserable and underpaid he is being there. I have never felt so uncomfortable ordering and dining in an establishment like I did today. I will never return to this location.

We just had dinner here this evening, September 13th. LJS is a treat for us as they are hard to find and most of the ones open are just ok.
Well, this one was fantastic! Chicken and fish were hot and crispy. We ordered extra hushpuppies instead of waffle fries and they were good. Ask for extra crumbs and were given a nice small basket of perfect crumbs. The young lady that took our oder was so nice and helpful. If she sees this review, we are the couple from SC. Thank you for making our experience great!

I’m so happy this place still exists, I made sure to take my boyfriend who never had Long John Silver’s before. The fish is just as crispy and delicious as I remember. The service was also wonderful, and seeing all the themed decorations inside was so fun!

The young lady at the drive thru was awesome! She had a great personality and excellent customer service! We are from out of town and haven’t seen a Long John Silver’s in forever! Stopped by there for lunch after church today and believe it or not it’s the first time I’ve eaten here since I’ve lived here and it was great I ordered the shrimp basket with coleslaw and hush puppies and my friend added a piece of fish and chicken to it and made it an amazing lunch for two weeks we’re treated so kindly everyone was so friendly and professional and the restaurant was spotless I will definitely be back and will for sure spread the word thanks again…

LJS is almost comfort food. Order, pickup and enjoy. Solid flavors for their batter which never disappoints. I like the fish better than the chicken. And the little crunchies they put in all the orders are incredible.
Downside is it is a bit on the pricey side but we will continue to get it when the urge strikes.

I come from Tampa to Brandon on Sunday just to get a bite of that crispy chicken and fish. I come early just to make sure it’s fresh. Good restaurant. The cashier and workers are very friendly and courteous.

I don’t know what the heck was going on in this place today but I simply ordered a fish & chicken basket but I waited over 20 minutes! Further delaying my drive back to Pinellas County in traffic. Looks like I made the wrong stop today! Omgggg. Even ppl from the drive thru had to come inside and wait extreme long times on food. Looks like only one cook in the kitchen but it’s also very hot inside like no AC. Extremely disappointed with service today. Really wished there were more locations.

We decided to go to Long John Silvers for supper last night. The food was good & hot. We were the only ones in the restaurant because we got there about 30 minutes before closing. The food tasted good. I will say the fries are better than I remember them being. The come Slaw was good as was the Fish, Chicken & Shirmp. They were working on closing down, so the staff was a bit preoccupied, but it was understandable. I did like that the music being played was Christian music.
