This food was hot and fresh. They were very busy because the just opened back up a couple weeks ago. They did a great job.
My wife and I both got the 2 piece fish meal and was very pleased.
The fish, fries, and hushpuppies were hot and fresh, and the slaw was cold and fresh. I hope they continue to serve food this hot and fresh once the crowd cal.s down.
The restaurant is new and it was clean even though they were busy.
There was a little problem getting in and out of the parking lot. There is not much room to back out of the parking space due to cars in the drive thru.
We were very pleased though and will come back.

It has been at least 15years since I’ve had Long John Silver’s. Needless to say, this visit was excellent. Food tasted great! I ordered a family meal with a side of clams. Service was exceptional. Staff was very nice and friendly. They were quick in preparing my order. The food tasted great and reminded me of how it tasted as a kid. Overall, definitely satisfied and will make a normal effort to stop by very often.

You Did It!!! The new store is great! The cashier was SUPER.friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly and tasted fresh. You can tell the grease was clean. The slaw and fries were top notch. I had given up on LJS but the anderson SC store has truly been redone and reborn.. looking forward to my next visit.

Used drive through ordering today and the nicest employee I’ve encountered in a long time, from any establishment, took my order. He realized that a #5 combo rather than #1 was exactly what I wanted and made the suggestion. Plus was the same price!! When I arrived at the window I told him he was a hero employee, which prompted him to give me the Mardi Gras necklace he was wearing. Apparently they are giving them to exemplery customers and I was honored to be the recipient of Marc’s. If you have the pleasure of being served by Marc let him know how he is doing. Thanks again Marc for taking such good care of me.

Came by to try the new Long John Silver’s. I guess even though it’s a new building and stuff they’re back to their old tricks already. The place was closed at 10:30 this Tuesday the 24th of February. Sign for hours on the door says they should be open. Place was pretty decent while it lasted.

I recently visited the new Long John Silver’s in Anderson, SC, and I must say, I was disappointed. The first red flag was the smell of cooking oil as soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru. I ordered the 12-piece family meal for $50.13, but it was a waste of money.
The chicken was undercooked and the fish was way too greasy. The waffle fries were given to me in crumbles and dry, and the Mac & cheese was out of stock. I settled for the hush puppies, which were the only tasty and well-cooked item on the menu.
I’m not a big fan of Long John Silver’s, but this experience has really pushed me to say that. I wonder if the new restaurant has the same cooks as the old one, because the food was not appetizing at all.

I’m very disappointed. I drove 25 mins to get this food. They left food out of my order, the slaw. Only gave me a few fries. The plates looked liked GARBAGE! The food was overcooked. I tried to call and complain and I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone. What a waste of my time and money.
