The Food was great, no complaint there. 14.99 for an entree and nearly seven dollars for a drink is highway robbery, and you can’t enjoy your dinner in a dining room. You have to eat in your car. Remember the old days when corporations cared about the customer and our experience, now they save money by cutting back on staff and charging the customer more for a less than mediocre meal. The commercials on TV are a lie. I used to love long Johnsilvers but I am afraid I will never visit another one until they start opening their dining rooms.

The service was exceptional and the place was pretty clean…. MY food, I thought, was alright-no problems. I ordered the chicken. However, one of the people who was with me had ordered an item different than everyone else… they were the only one out of six people to order the SHRIMP! She was also the only one out of six people to get severely sick. She was throwing up for days followed by several days of recovering. About 4 whole days passed before she felt better.

I can’t believe I went to eat here I haven’t gone to Long John’s for decades after always having such poor quality food. I was excited today to see they had tacos. Something besides greasy. Actually lettuce, tomatoes. It was horrible. Two minute pieces of lettuce so small I’m not sure it’s even real. I will never go to any Long John’s again. Horrible food.

The GM of this location should really evaluate the staff he left to manage this location tonight. The staff were completely incompetent, beyond rude, argumentative with paying customers and completely disorganized. We ordered our food through the Uber eats app for us to pick up ourselves. We presented our receipt as directed through the app and they REFUSED to give us our order!! They raised their voice and refused to take ownership of their ignorance. I have worked in the food industry a very long time and I would have never treated a customer as such. We will never dine there again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered 1 order on line but for reason it printed out 3 orders and I was charged for them. They would not take the food back and give me a credit. Said I would have to go back on line and request a refund. So I left, went home with all that food $64 worth. Tried to find a way to request a refund but no luck. Tried to get in touch with customer service but couldn’t talk with anyone. Called corporate office only got voice mail to leave a message. I did, no response!
I have never known of a business where the manager had no authority to help a customer in this kind of situation! Will never do business there again!!!!’

Menu items had doubled in price in just a two week period. The fish fillets were very greasy, tasted like they had been fried in old grease, hush puppies not well cooked on one side, slaw wasn’t cold but at room temperature when we checked our order right after we got it, and the fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them. A total waste of our money. Will not be going back!!!

Horrible can’t even get into the dinning room, the staff change the times open whenever they feel like serving. Best to stay away. Signs say they open the dinning room at 10:30 yet staff has it locked untill 12:00. Atleast update the damn sign!!

Haven’t been to a ljs in some years but have always been a fan. This location the dining room is never opened so I kinda refused to ever go because I hate drive thrus but it was fathers Day and we couldn’t make up our minds on where to eat so we ended up in the line…I was totally impressed! Food was fresh and good and we had alot of orders and they got each one correct and gave us plenty of tartar! The lady working the window was awesome! I’ll definitely go back.
