I have not ate at Long John Silver’s in many years, so glad I did. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. I ordered the # 11, fish, chicken and shrimp. With a side of clamp strips. Food came out hot and fresh. Would absolutely come back and eat here again.

I took my family to what was intended to be a nice family gathering at long John’s which fell far short of that as we walked in the dining room was extremely messing with remnants of food still on the tables as well as the floor we almost left but decided that since we were here we might as well make the best of it. We ended up waiting 20 minutes or better for our food which still came out with the fish which was over cooked it was dark brown and again cold the fries were cold in fact the only good thing about our meal were the drinks . I also had my 6 year old daughter and 10 year old son in the restaurant and the young male behind the window handing out the food was using so much profanity that I ended up having my wife take the kids to the car . There was also another young male also using profanity that I would not expect to hear from restaurant staff during business hours. When I asked to speak with the manager they said she was on an important phone call and said they could take my number and she would get back to me at which time I just turned around and left. I have never had such a bad experience in a restaurant in all of my life and will definitely never return to this location. I would hope that someone would follow up on the procedures that are going on in this location.

I WANT to give them a good rating, but I just can’t. The food used to be SO good, but the past several visits have consisted of old and cold fish. Only custom ordered items are fresh. The staff is usually helpful and nice though.

This place is a mess. We ordered through the mobile app and got to the drive through and they ignored us the first time and then thought a new customer came up and asked what they needed. We stated yet again we had a mobile order to pick up. Got a smart remark of “yeah it would be better to come in for that” weird? Went inside to stand for 20 MINUTES for an order that was ready and sitting getting cold. Blonde hair woman kept taking our order on the shelf to the back by the drive through on and off the shelf. Giving weird looks like we were there for moral support and not service? They looked under the influence and completely lost.

My husband and I have stopped here 4 different times in the last couple of months. We have never gotten any food at any of these stops. We have been greeted at the door twice after we waited for them to open letting us know they would be an hour late opening. Been there once sign said sorry no staff and one time sign says sorry only drive thru open. Why don’t you just close up shop and do us all a favor !!!!!

Workers were yelling at each other. They closed the dining room at 7 5 minutes after we got there and told people who came to the locked door they were closed. But the drive through was still opened and they didn’t tell them. The food we were served was not fresh. Condiments were not stocked. Dining room was not clean. They did not indicate by signage that the Dining area was closed. When I suggested they put up a sign, they shrugged. They complained the entire time I was there with my father. I did not look at the restrooms. The experience was a disappointment in time spent with family.

On the day after Thanksgiving, I visited the Long John’s store in Sabraton, WV . I had been running errands/shopping and was hungry. The chicken, was practically ALL batter, fries were subpar. They had many customers and were busy. But with only a few staff working, they were pleasant and efficient. After a few bites I threw the chicken out.

I pulled into the drive through no cars where in front or back of me I was the only car the boy came over the speaker said what can I get you I said give me one sec he literally said you need to hurry up I have other orders to make I’m like excuse me he is like hurry up I have other orders where in the world is that acceptable I called the manager his response was oh he most not have muted the mic no sir he new what he was saying he new he was speaking to a customer like that hire better employees I didn’t even order

Ordered $75 worth of food. Got home and was missing half of the order. Called them and was told I would receive a refund. Drove back to get the second half of order. The Manager said they weren’t in the mood to give the refund and snubbed us. This is why Long John Silvers is failing as a company.
Learn to take care of your customers because If you don’t you will end up without any. I for one will not return to the Earl Core Road Long John silvers as long as the current manager is there…
