Young lady missed one food item. No big deal . Put my food in the warmer until extra item was ready. Manager came over took a piece out of my box and put in another. I checked my box after I left. He put a pc of chicken in place of my fish. I didn’t order chicken I ordered Fish and shrimp. Tried to eat the chicken anyway and couldn’t. Toughest piece of chicken I ever had. Took one bite spit it out and tossed the rest. Tried the coleslaw next and had to throw that out as well. Had a bad taste to it.

After waiting a few years after the new management, we got this tonight. The food was fine going down but 20-30 minutes later my family was sick and throwing up. It was definitely a big miss for us.

I should have known from the start that the meal was going to be terrible. So much grease it was dripping. This means the oil was old and you could taste it. We got the 12 piece family meal with a few chicken strips. The chicken strips were for our dogs who love them but would not touch these. Now I know why it’s been over 20 years since I had eaten at long Johns.
