My fish still had raw batter on it. 1 piece was all silver skin ( the piece that wasnt raw batter) and every thing else was ice cold. I went through the drive through and it was cold before I went from the drive through window to the side of 60… im seriously disappointed. Will probably never try to eat at this location again. My husband and I really enjoyed everything that we got the food came out fast and hot for only 2 people working they done an amazing job and have to say it was very clean we have been to a couple where the tables and floors are built up with old sticky grease that you would have to pick up what ever you wanted to move because of the build up BUT THIS ONE WAS SUPER CLEAN, SUPER FRIENDLY WITH EVERYONE, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONLY 2 WORKING THEY DONE AN AMAZING JOB, SHARON S YOU AND YOUR CO WORKER WAS AMAZING KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE

Fantastic!! The food was super hot, the service was quick and kind! I had the fish and chicken platter and the macaroni and cheese with crumbles is super delicious! I could have ate a whole tub of it! Then I had a piece of The Cheesecake Factory® tripple chocolate cheesecake and omg it was to die for!! Delicious food and I can’t wait to go back!

Editing to add: Reviews are pointless because they respond to your review to tell you to send an email, and shut you up. But never reply to said email Apparently LJ’s really doesn’t care that their store is a health hazard.
10/10 do not recommend. I basically forced my husband into eating LJs this afternoon and as soon as we stepped inside.. instant regret. But at that point it was too late I couldn’t admit I was wrong and ask to go somewhere else so we ordered. Their food was good. But that restaurant is absolutely disgusting. I don’t at all understand how that place could pass any health department inspection. Im sure the workers do their best to clean, but it goes beyond cleaning. It smells TERRIBLE the moment you walk in. Several ceiling tiles stained and rotting away, gunk all on their floors, the windows were so disgusting you could see the filth on them. I used the bathroom before we left, which is when I realized that’s where the god awful smell was coming from. I felt dirtier walking out of that bathroom than I did when I first stepped into it. I have no complaints about the food or the service but strictly the cleanliness. I truly can’t get over how disgusting that place was. It was hands down the nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. I in no way expected anything fancy. Ive been to long johns sooo many times, but usually through drive thru. Now I understand the memes and tiktoks asking who’s keeping Long John’s in business. Before today I’d proudly say “ Me ♀️”. There’s no way I’d ever eat there again. If that’s how the customer areas of the restaurant look and smell, I can’t even IMAGINE the kitchen.
I’m disgusted that even after smelling the place we decided to stay and eat. But again, I couldn’t let my husband win and admit I made a bad choice in where to eat.

Things went south the minute I walked in and looked at the menu. I know this isn’t the fault of any particular store because the whole chain switched the style of fries, but I could tell by the menu pictures of the waffle fries that they were going to be horrible and boy was I right. I ate one and threw the rest out. Then I noticed the lobby soda fountain was down. Then I waited ten minutes for my order when there was literally NO ONE else in line.

Food was great made fresh after we ordered but service was really slow. Employees talking in the parking lot when we arrived, assuming they were on break. When we walked in not a single person to great us. After a couple of minutes an employee came from the back, she told us just a minute and she walked over to drive thru to take an order. Then finally another employee came out to take our order. Really liked the new waffle fries. Forgot to take pictures ♀️

I had ate LJS over in south point a couple weeks ago and it was so good so I wanted it again. it was ok here but wasn’t the same. Just not cooked long enough and not as fresh. I hadn’t been to this one in a long time and I really like LJS. I quit going here bc it just isn’t good anymore at this location plus they messed up my order. this time the order was right the service was fine. the food just wasn’t as good as I know it can be. the fish and chicken was pulled too early, it was done but on the soggy side fries were the same way. step up your game LJS huntington bc south point has u beat by a mile. worth the extra 30 min drive for me, actually to go there. js.
