Ordered two pieces of fish. Had to wait extra time in the drive thru which was fine but when we drove off and got down the road I opened only to find a different fish than what I ordered. It had a bad smell and it was just thrown in a box with lots of grease drippings. Very disappointed! I live out of state and when in an area that has a Long John Silvers I always eat at one. This meal totally turned me off of wanting to eat at one for awhile. Worst part is we were traveling and was down the road and couldn’t go back. I would have definitely took it back and got a refund if I could have. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

This most recent visit was pretty good but they seem a little stingy with condiments like tartar sauce and malted vinegar, ketchup and cocktail sauce. I had to ask for a lid for my fountain drink. No salt or pepper shakers either. Food was good so I rang the bell as I went out of the door.

We had a wonderful lunch in Ronceverte WVa. The food was good and the service was great. The manager there, Michelle K, was good to us. We accidentally did a mobile order to the wrong LJS and she helped us straighten it out. She’s awesome! You are lucky to have her!

I ate here a few months ago and today. The food and service has been exceptional both times. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We would have rang the bell if they didn’t have that door blocked off.

I gues during the State Fair week they cut there chicken in half. I wish I had took a picture to show proof. The chicken was not much bigger than a cheese stick. This was pathetic and wish I had not stopped.

Blind and deaf wife!!! Start with that to get your attention. I visited that store Saturday morning January 11 at 11:15 AM I pulled to the sidewalk for the handicap ramp is now understand it was not a designated parking spot nor did it say no parking. There was snow and ice on the parking lot. handicap spot was across the parking lot there was no cars on the lot, no customers on the lot or in the store. I parked the car put the hazard lights on. I took my wife’s service dog out to the restroom real quick, put him back in the car and then proceeded to get my wife out of the vehicle and help her into the store now I understand I am really stressing this point snow on the parking lot no customers not blocking nothing out the way has it lights on as soon as I come through the door, there was a manager, a lady and two possibly three more employees there was McDonald’s cups and McDonald’s food on the table and they was standing and sitting there eating outside food soon as I walk through the door the manager starts screaming at me that I cannot park there on Stan ADA allows me to park bar to get her into the restaurant safely instead of offering to open the door or going to open the door. There’s no way they did not see what was going on because they stared me the entire time my wife had her glasses on real dark special glasses and her Walking stick, which is a neon, white reflective and red cane. I have never felt so belittle and humiliated in my life as that woman starts screaming, but I can’t park there. I can’t park there. I can’t park there. I said I’m not staying. I’m bringing her in. It would’ve been nice if you would assist Again she said she would call the cops. If I did not move my car never intended to leave it there I could understand if they was busy in the parking lot was clear things like that, but I was not risking no one or anything. It was an open parking lot. I was at the handicap ramp that’s what it designed for so we proceeded to order the food. I got my wife, a two piece, fish meal and a small order of clams don’t know how but it comes to $20 even or that meal I requested it to be cooked fresh and within two minutes of placing my order, she threw the bag on the counter and walked off. The food was not cooked fresh. It was not cold. It was warm. I’m assuming I was probably their first customer not sure and I’m guessing the food that I was served was what they had started off the day with again it was warm. It was on the hard side. So I reached out to the 800 number man returned phone call said he was a general manager and I explained to him what happened and then he started in on me. He says I have it on video. I said sure you do. What did I do he said you parked there? What did I do after I parked there? He said you brought your wife and that’s what I do after that. He said you left the store and moved your car correct what did I do wrong his words to me was she is my best friend and I’ve never had a complaint against herwell I’m guessing you probably had many complaints and because she’s your best friend it’s never went nowhere so I called along on Silver’s bike 800 number again a week ago and I’m still waiting on somebody else to call me back. I felt discriminated against because my wife being blind. I personally would not recommend that store if you’re handicapped in any shape was I wrong to park in that spot? I don’t believe it was. It was for the safety of my wife and the ease of my wife to get her into the restaurant was not welcomed at all in that store. It was like it was a burden for me to come in there to place the order. I’m just sharing my feelings to let you guys know what happened to me.

Tonight Around 8 pm we pulled up to drive thru window. There was a car parked in front of us waiting for food.
While parked at drive thru window To our surprise . We observed a female worker dipping RAW chicken into the batter with her BARE hands. NO GLOVES.!! Handling Raw chicken (meat seafood) This is unsanitary Someone will get sick! So of course we drove off.

Me and my GF stopped in after watching the Christmas Lights at the fair grounds, it was around 8pm. We asked the guy at the counter if we had to place a mobile order to use the coupons on the app, he said he thinks so. So we sat down and placed an order, he comes out and says we were out of hush puppies, we then ask can you just cancel the order where we placed extra hush puppies, they said they couldnt do that. While we were their, the staff were talking about us and another couple that were dining in the dining room also. Mind you this store is small and they are arguing with the other couple and threatened to kick them out all because the staff are being very un professional and making fun of them whipe they are literally just a few feet away. The manager on duty and the lil guy that was working the counter really need to learn to be professional. I understand we have days but you never talk about customers while others are in ear shot. Very un professional.
