This is my second visit to this Long John Silver’s in Martinsville, Virginia. This is my first visit to the ground up rebuilt store and I MUCH prefer this look to the old one. The parking lot is MUCH more spacious, and there is quite a lot of seating inside. My visit today was excellent. Went at about 6pm and the fish had just been dropped. My my my, it was so good! I had a two fish combo with fries and hush puppies for about $11. The place is spotless and is run by excellent and friendly staff.
Overall, a great deal and a great visit! I also added my original photos from the old building for a neat touch.

Ordered Number 1, 2 piece fish witj side and drink. First piece if fish was great, hot and crispy, second was disappointing. It was not fully cooked and had uncooked batter. Fries good and crisp as well as hushpuppies. Staff friendly and very nice. Inside clean in all areas. Just wish my fish had been done.

I just moved here 2 months ago and i have eaten here 3 times already. The food has consistently been amazing. I usually get the chicken meal and my husband always gets the grilled salmon. Highly recommend. Servers are always friendly and place is always spotless!

Not impressed. Brand new and Clean. But NO Drink with the meals, add for more money and portion size is terrible for price. I understand prices have risen, but they raised the price and lowered the quantity (see pic) 4 waffle fries?? that’s a serving??. 2 hush puppies and 3 tbsp of slaw. Raise the price if you must but give us the SAME portions and EXTRA $$ for a drink?? NOPE, NOT AGAIN.

Between getting home to realize they forgot the sides on all 3 meals or the fact that 2 of 3 visits they where completely out of tartar sauce. Nothing bad about the food, just very poorly Managed! Do better LJS. A fish place should not be running out of tartar sauce!!!

First time to Long Johns Silver, and really enjoyed it! The order of broiled salmon and shrimp was ready quickly. The two sides I chose were delicious. We also.wanted a second order to eat light and the $ 1.99 one piece of fish.with.three hush puppies hit the spot!. Staff was friendly and their small restaurant has a nice cozy.dining atmosphere to it. Highly recommended!
