Recently tried this place via Uber Eats, thought I found a new spot for my breakfast/lunch order. Everything bagel with cream cheese was tasty, just lacked salt. I also ordered two half pounds of deli meat, one represented as Boars Head Oven Gold Turkey, the other Boars Head Ham, they we’re definitely not Boars Head, the turkey had gross brown edges (anyone who know oven gold, it definitely doesn’t have brown edges) and the ham was slimy and had a weird tint. Both went in the trash and congratulations LI Bagel Cafe, you definitely lost what could have been a repeat customer.

This used to be my fav place to order my bagel with cream cheese and lox. I was so excited to start my day with one but I was shocked to realize that the bagels are extremely old and so hard to bite and chew. 30 dollars for 2 bagels down the drain. Manager embarrassed me in front of customers and staff because I asked for a coffee cup. Manager Mike D is clueless about customer service. It’s no wonder there’s so few customers anymore. He also screwed up my order and gave me wrong cream cheese. So frustrating. BRING BACK RALPH!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible Service and horrible management, Racist till the end. One of there own employees calling my family stupid and talking to other people calling my family stupid. What did manager do … Told me too be quiet when the other guy keeps yelling at me. Good Job!!! Worst place in the world will make sure to let everyone know. One of the better long island bagel cafes on the island. There mac salad is so good. Bagels are always delicious. They are consistent, which makes it one of my go to bagel spots when im in town.

Very doughy and overpriced. No problem paying a premium for a good bagel, but I feel bad for the people who accept these. Not what a bagel should be. Probably a good place to go if you are lazy and have poor taste. Really good place for kids to hang out though.

The bagels are good.. The Caesar salad and other foods are usually good, but the people that work there (and not all), but the majority are so unbelievably rude… I always give them a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th chance, but now I’m just done.. I called to check about my order today and was basically hung up on by the Spanish guy (I think his name is Jose).. everytime I go in there I pray I don’t get him!! One time my daughter went in while I waited in the car & he actually was so nasty to her he made her cry.. and the owner stands right there and allows it!!! I was gonna go back in but my daughter begged me not too.. There are way too many bagel stores around here & the food in this place is not good enough to make me go back and deal with the nasty attitudes. What a shame!

Bagel with cream cheese and another with butter and coffees. I could have one of everything they display. Coffee was hot and fresh, line was long but moving. People were friendly. Would I go back, yes! For something scrumptious or a sandwich.

This place can not make your order right. One time i ordered a sausage egg and cheese with other stuff on it and it came as a bacon egg and cheese. Recently i ordered the same thing again and this time i got just egg and cheese this place does not know how to take orders!!!
