Grew up going here as a little girl and I still go here 20+ years later. The bagels are always so fresh, the iced coffee is delicious, and the service is fairly quick (unless it’s a Sunday morning!) and they’re all friendly.
My normal go to is a bagel with fresh lox, pricey but they give you what you pay for! My boyfriend got a bacon egg and cheese which was the best he’d had in a loooong time. Even their rainbow bagels are perfect for kids!

i come here almost every day but they got new workers and my food has not been as good. i got a toasted bagel and it was burnt and not edible then i got a bacon egg and cheese and there was barely anything on it its sad i loved coming here…..

The food and service is always great at this location! That being said I wanted to compliment the manager Jason for going above and beyond last week for me and my family. We had ordered through grub hub and the driver dropped off the wrong food. Jason took the time out of what I’m am sure was a very busy day and hand delivered the correct order himself. An amazing selection of Bagels and choices ! The location I visited on a busy weekend morning was hoppin! T/ service staff were tolerant, empathetic & very accommodating! Fast service great bagels and they had frozen gluten free bagels which I was able to enjoy the next day that are no joke the best GF bread I’ve ever had. Husband loved his bacon egg and cheese bagel. Friends liked their bagels with cream cheese. My husband He wished they toasted the bagel first but he realizes he is the one who should have asked for that. I ate a gluten free peanut butter cookie they had was delicious.

Upset gave this place one more try, who ever was learning how to cut , my dog can cut a bagel better than this, disappointed, would not recommend coming, also as been told by many to not even expect a refund. So again 1 star, hope management and ownership will address the problem with employees attitude, and handling food.

Not sure how I go there, get a sandwich, open it and it’s already cold but that just happened! Also extremely silly that they don’t do orders for pick up. I’m sure if my sandwich wasn’t cold it would have been half decent, but still not worth the wait. Not being able to call in orders for pickup and waiting on line for 15-20 minutes is extremely silly when I could drive all the way to seaqua and be in and out in 2 minutes

Prices are insane here now! $4.50 for a coffee, more than Starbucks. Used to go here for many years, bagels used to be great and prices weren’t this insane. Quality down, service down and prices up.

Ordered a dozen bagels on Christmas Eve 2025.This was on Wednesday where you get 6 extra bagels when you order a dozen bagels.The woman who helped said they were only giving 1 free bagel and also she said they were not slicing bagels that day.Asked to speak to the manager who offered no help..This is the second time this occurred .The last Wednesday I ordered a dozen bagels they told that because of the Jewish holiday they were not honoring the extra 6 free bagels.The customer service is very poor.Frequent changes every time you go to this establishment.
