This place has really gone down hill. Every time I place a small order something is forgotten or wrong and I mean the simplest thing like a bagel with butter or cream cheese- Called to tell them something was forgotten and the guy was completely rude – I was nice and just wanted him to know that this has been happening and I got the excuse that he’s so busy and can’t talk- it is 10:45 pm on a Thursday night the place is overpriced and overrated never going there again they can keep their tough crappy bagels -all anyone ever wants is nice customer service – you should care about the products your selling thanks for your help Mike

From placing the phone call to place an order to be picked up the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional and it continued once having arrived to get the order. The staff were rude, dismissive to the point that another customer who was waiting pulled me aside to ensure I was okay and to validate they did not like wjat they observed as to how I was treated and spoken to by staff. I am a manager for an establishment close by and was picking up an order for staff a staff meeting. It was the first and definitely the last we order from this establishment

The food here is really good. But you need to tell your male workers not to flirt with customers. I do not want to feel uncomfortable at 7 am while I’m trying to get my bagel before work. This has happened to me twice and my friend twice in the past 3 months

They have some of the best bagels around and a 42 ounce iced coffee. I had a bagel with butter and iced coffee and both were amazing.

Employees have a problem with both listening to orders and reading orders online. I always request a bagel WITHOUT cheese and always get cheese in my sandwich. There is really no excuse when I put “NO CHEESE PLEASE” in the instructions of an online order and say it loud and clear when i order in person. This has happened to me too many times in the past few months i went to order. Won’t be coming back, would not recommend and i will find another bagel spot that doesn’t constantly mess up my orders.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich from here and they literally delivered sausage egg and cheese without the roll lol and it cost 18 dollars!!! Called to get my correct order and they hung up on me. Also their chicken salad and bagels are disgusting and taste like sugar. Go literally anywhere else because this place sucks. The food is disgusting and with so many good bagel places on Long Island you should stay far far away.
