Good bagels and convenient location. Can get extremely busy during the summers on weekends.

I was with my parents and my adult son. We placed our order and shortly after the guy walked away to make our sandwiches my mom realized that he never asked any of us what kind of salad we wanted. Then, less than 5 minutes after I brought the food to the table one of the other employees was locking the doors. Apparently they were getting ready to close but no one told us. When my son looked the place up it said that they closed at 6 and it was only 5. We would have taken our food to go instead of sitting at a table or just gone somewhere else. The food was good but the service not so much.

I placed an order for a dozen bagels on Grubhub. Only 9 bagels were in the bag when the order was delivered. When I called the store to make them aware that there were not 12 bagels in the bag, they told me I need to pick up the other 3 if I wanted them. I explained I am a nurse who is working on Father’s Day so there is no way I can leave my shift to pick up the rest of the bagels that I ordered for my staff. Joe the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic and gave me no solutions to solving this problem that was very clearly their fault. He tried explaining that because I only picked 9 flavors it was my fault the 12 bagels weren’t in the bag. I have never ordered a dozen bagels anywhere in NY where the bagel store doesn’t always just put 12 bagels in the bag despite flavors if an order for a “dozen” bagels was very clearly placed and I was charged for a dozen. I’ve also never had such a poor customer service experience with a so called “manager” who told me “you get what you give” when I asked why he was getting angry with me, a customer who just spent $107 at their establishment. Horrendous customer service. If I owned this business I’d be embarrassed.

Who packs iced coffee inside a brown bag and doesn’t tell ya, and to add, it isn’t even secured properly?

Bagels are really good, but the egg sandwiches are so far just ok. You can tell when the person preparing your food either doesn’t eat the type of food they’re making. The eggs were so overcooked, I just took them off the sandwich.

I have to say. I placed an uber eats order and had a problem w/ Uber Eats. I called and spoke w/ Joe and he IMMEDIATELY took care of it for me. It was very much appreciated. Joe did the right thing and I wanted to share that here!!!!

Fairly costly, very busy in the morning and definitely very busy around noon, but worth it. Love the baked salmon salad and the jalapeño tuna as well.

This was the first time for us here, we were just driving then saw this places and we craved for bagels so went in. There are a lot of different foods, cold and warm too, many HUGE muffins, cookies, and a lot of bagels. There are also sandwiches any many egg options. We had a plain bagel w/ 2 eggs and a poppyseed bagel w/ 2 eggs to, then a huge chocolate muffin and a coffee. The bagels w/ eggs cost $3/each, the muffin I think 2.45. Everything is big there and the bagels are SO good and fresh! The muffin was also good, could have been moister. Prices are very good and everything we tasted was delicious.
