Stopped in for lunch, heard great reviews, so i had to see for myself, ordered a 8 inch sub, pretzel bites, a fountian soda, and a large salad. Only thing that was good was the pretzel bites.. sub bun was huge, with very little meat. The supposed large salad fit in a small cereal bowl. The sub had so much lettuce, i filled the pretzel tray up with the excessive lettuce… DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO BACK. all that small amount of food cost me $30.51.

I recently visited a newly remodeled restaurant and had an amazing experience. The Italian subs were the best I’ve had, packed with flavor and perfectly crafted. The pizza was delicious, with a thin and crispy crust that complemented the savory toppings. And the canoles were absolutely heavenly. The service was exceptional, and the stylish ambiance added to the overall charm. If you’re craving the best Italian subs and tasty pizza, this restaurant is a must-visit.

The pizza is amazing! Thin crust – light sauce – cheesy. The cheesy bread sticks – fresh and yummy. My granddaughter loved the crispy cheese off the foil. The macarons were delicious. Did I mention Cannolis? Equally as wonderful. However, the customer service was off the charts!!!! We were from out of town & had been to Hartford Fairgrounds for Wonder Lights. Looking for an indoor space to feed a 4 & 5 year old. The owner set up a table for us in the newly almost finished dine in area. Set to open after first of the year! Thank you for your gracious hospitality! Can’t wait to come back.

This is honestly the best pizza I have had not only here in Ohio but nationwide. The food is extremely consistent and they are extremely generous with the amount of toppings. Great quality of ingredients, it may seem a bit expensive especially given its small town location. But you definitely get your money’s worth and will not regret giving Long branch a shot.

Food was ready in just twenty minutes. We had a pick up, as we are from out of town, and dine in area was shut down due to what seemed to be remodeling.
Customer service was fast, and efficient. Very friendly and helpful on phone, and when we arrived for pick up.
Wasn’t much to the inside as there seemed to be some remodeling going on, but, looked like it wouldn’t be a bad place to eat, when it’s open.
Pizza was very good. Definitely worth the twenty minute drive I made from out of town. Garlic bread, was less then average, and could have came with some type of dipping sauce to make it more pleasant.
All in all: Friendly and fast customer service, great tasting pizza, if not the sides, and it appears to be a welcoming environment to dine in, when not under remodel.
A pizza place I’ll revisit in the future, and will recommend to others.

Recently order for the first time from here. I will never do that again! The order wasn’t ready when it was time for pick up (one cheese pizza and an order of wings) and it wasn’t very busy for a Thursday night. Got home to find the wings were horribly burnt. When calling the store to ask for a possibly of a refund. We were told they were just a little dark and there was nothing they would do. Upon further testament that these wings were inedible we were asked to send photos for proof !! before any decision was made. After this long battle of rudeness from mark we were offered to come back for a free new set. This was the worse customer experience I’ve ever had seen. It’s not a great look for a small business of any kind to argue with there customers! I’ve heard that this has become the normal for this place after the reopen. Disappointed

Given this place dozens of chances. They’ve never gotten a single order right. Ordered food at 11 am, they said they didn’t have a driver until later. But because they have messed up our order so many times, the manager said she’d bring it. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, we call and try to find where our food was. They left us on hold for 7 minutes. Then the manager said they wouldn’t be able to come out until 2:00pm. No apology, no remorse. We had to ask to be refunded. Will not go back ever. Terrible service.

These teenage girls LOVED Long Branch. We had a birthday celebration for my daughter and we all give a 5 star review. ⭐️ The staff is so friendly, service was quick, & the food was hot and delicious!! Such a cute spot with a great vibe. We will be back for more… all the way from Akron!

Pizza not the same, crust had odd taste to it and hardly any toppings on the Pizza. They raised their prices and give you less in return than when previous family owned and ran it.
