We ordered the brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, lemon pound cake and the red velvet cake. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was delicious! It’s all homemade and definitely made with love and passion! From the brisket tenderness to the flavor of the Mac and cheese, it all melts in your mouth. The service was great and so was the food. I would go here over and over again! Oh, and the price is actually affordable!

Incredible! I love food trucks and this is a great one. The ribs fell clean off the bones. The smokey flavor mixed with the sweet BBQ was a perfect combo. I WILL be back. Prices are very reasonable. And the customer service was wonderful. Look at the pictures and you will see the meat just slipping off the bones as I tried to pick them up. Mmmm-mmmm.

Long Bones BBQ is an absolute hidden gem! I was blown away by how amazing everything was — this unassuming little BBQ joint easily earns a 5/5 and is now one of my top 5 BBQ spots in Tallahassee.
The ribs were incredible, falling right off the bone, and the thoughtful touch of using aluminum foil to separate the bread from the saucy items really stood out. Every bite was pure satisfaction — you truly can’t go wrong with anything you order.
The mac and cheese deserves a special shoutout — it was downright “smack your mama” good and arguably stole the entire show. Their BBQ sauce was another highlight, with a delicious mustard topping that added a unique and tasty twist.
If you haven’t tried Long Bones BBQ yet, you’re seriously missing out. After one visit, you might not want to go anywhere else. This place is IT!

Found a new bbq place, a food truck in the parking lot across the way, Long Bones. Just like the side of the road bbq I grew up on!
I had a great pulled pork and S had a “rib sandwich” in case you didn’t know a real rib sandwich is nothing like a McRib. You get a rib or two( except in this case there were 5ribs!) and two slices of bread to sweep up any sauce or bits of beef when you finish the ribs. You’ll need lots of napkins and maybe a bib!
Long Bones grew up in Pensacola eating at the Blue Dot, which means he knows how a proper rib or pulled pork should be. These were perfect and yes, we will be back!

Very good pricing and no skimping on the meat. Just good, good eating. Nice little place and everything’s clean, a limited seating area, but as we are across the street we just brought it home. Do your self a favor and support a local (black, which is even better!) business at the same time!

This food is to die for! My fiancé and I got the rib and brisket combo with mac and cheese and coleslaw (plus drinks and dessert). It was all phenomenal! The guy running the truck was also very nice. Needless to say we found our new favorite bbq spot and will definitely be back soon!!

I’m the type to only write two types of reviews either really good or really bad and I will say this place took me by surprise at how good it was and how big the portions are! I had the chicken and brisket combo and was thrown off guard at the amount of good ,juicy and tender brisket was given. The chicken was great as well. I couldn’t finish the plate and I’m a big guy!This is my new favorite bbq spot when I’m visiting.

On a trip from out of state. Someone had mentioned this place. Stopped by just for some ribs. Ended up getting the chicken also. I had to try a bone and some bird. On boy!!! Finger licking good. He came out and gave me some more paper towels. I highly recommend this food truck. Yummy
