In September 2021 Lonestar Crabshack was born- a haven dedicated to satisfying the seafood cravings of the famished. Guiding this delightful venture is owner Austin, aka Yoshi, who boasts a culinary background forged through self-discovery and experimentation. This very essence is woven into every order, offered to our cherished customers at a price that keeps the competition on its toes. Our menu interweaves the flavors of Texas, Louisiana, ‘the south’, and California. While our location may be tucked away behind a shopping center, the memories of those who’ve indulged in the Lonestar Crabshack experience forever stand as a testament to its worthiness of discovery.

We ordered through UberEats, and the delivery was great, but the food was phenomenal! We had lobster, snow crab legs and shrimp and they were all cooked perfectly. You can select from various levels of spiciness and flavors. We chose garlic and butter, and it was heavenly! The plates come with delicious red potatoes, corn, and sausage. It was all soooo delicious.

Great food we ordered on UberEats for NYE dinner! We aren’t big on spice so ordered garlic, butter and citrus flavoring, and the butter is to die for! They had a special on UberEats for a free half pound of crab with a $50 order. Super good and highly recommended.

This truck is legit!! Do not sleep on this seafood boil and more food truck! The flavors are banging and left me and my husband wanting more! The thing I’d ask is for more butter sauce when serving larger quantities.

Paid $100 and there’s no seasoning, food is cold, potatoes are raw. Trying to find contact information online to get a refund and just keep getting directed to sign up for toast pos demo.
After calling they’re issuing a partial refund and saying their cameras say it is the correct amount of seasoning. I use to be a regular here, no more. Look at the photos of others food and this one, you decide if it’s the same.
Update: my eta was 9:28pm I got a text at 9:25 it was ready and I picked up at 9:30.
The potatoes were still only half cooked and uneditable. Again I have ordered here many times and always had plenty of seasoning, I know what to expect. I’ve never had to add extra to be satisfied. I did received my partial refund. I was refunded my tip and $10.31 of my $95.89
I use to come in person weekly and my friends and I will no longer be spending our money here. They’ve always been pricey but use to be worth it.

Food was okay I went late so I can understand I guess. Not a lot of sauce most of the little I had of it was spilled. Asked the guy if all my order was there and he assures me yes I get home and half of my order isn’t there and looking back on the picture now there was a hair in my bag at least it wasn’t on the food. Look really good, but my experience didn’t reflect that.

Mannnnnn…Can’t remember the name of the conbo we ordered but it was enough for 2 people and was WAYYY beyond expectations! Amazing food, kind service, quick service! The crab, shrimp, potatoes and corn were I took a video but it only allows photos, i’ll clip it and update soon but again…possibly the best seafood boil i’ve had since moving to texas.

This was the best hands down seafood in the area! The food was hot and delicious. It has such flavor I highly recommend getting the NOLA and Citrus blend. It was an added bonus they were open on a holiday and they deliver!!!

I’ve been coming here since April 2024 and have yet to be disappointed. The people, the food, the location, the price, everything is right for me. To address some of the concerns from others, yes the wait time has taken longer, but that’s what happens when business begins to grow, and there’s limited space/people. You can’t expect the same time from 1-2 people in a food truck as you would 5-10 people at a restaurant lol. I can truly say they do their best, and have QUICKLY right and wrong/incomplete order I’ve received. Yoshi and D have been the main people I’ve communicated with the most, and they’ve always been kind, respectful, and encouraged feedback- which is exactly how you grow. I’ll continue being a faithful customer to them!
SN- although it’s not a requirement, tipping the staff goes a long way. Make sure you do it!
