The service was super quick and friendly, making for a really pleasant experience. I got the barbecue ribs and brisket, and let me tell you, they were both pretty tasty. You can really feel a cozy, homey vibe when you’re dining in. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re craving some good BBQ!

Fantastic! 2 meat plate with creamed corn and excellent potato salad! Also the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich is so tender and seasoned perfectly! Friendly and the owners came over and checked on us. And it’s the little things that are big things-clean restroom and clean changing table for the baby!

The moment you walk into Lone Star BBQ, it just feels like home. The smell, the warmth, the people everything about it is comforting. That first bite made me feel like it was a Sunday afternoon with my family, hanging out and watching the football game. The food is incredible, tender brisket, flavorful ribs, and sides that taste like they came straight from Grandma’s kitchen. You can taste the love in every bite. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

The creamy coleslaw was perfectly balanced, and the potato salad had excellent seasoning and depth of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. We are from Goliad and like to experiment with new places to eat. Lone start BBQ is by far the best BBQ dining experience we have found in all our years of traveling thought the USA. The brisket, ribs and ham are to die for. And don’t forget the charro beans. Everything is spiced just right and the Pitmaster is a genius with heat and smoke. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are amazing. Please try the food you will not be disappointed

I NEVER have left a 5 ⭐️ review ANYWHERE; I’m kind of picky, but I must say this place exceeded my expectation from the owners and staff being so helpful & the FOOD OMG I HAD NOT ONE COMPLAINT!!! Finally a damn good place to eat in Floresville!!! RIBS ARE BOMB, all sides were delicious & very flavorful! We took our dessert home so we haven’t tried just yet, but this place is amazing! They cater to their customers more than any other establishment I’ve been to! Thanks again lone star!

Excited to try LoneStar BBQ due to recent reviews and supporting local businesses. Showed up late in the day and hungry. Placed order to go for Brisket and Ribs. Order was ready as promised in approximately 10 mins and service was excellent. Got home and shared with family and friends. OUTSTANDING!!! Excellent Brisket &Ribs. Everyone was huge fan. Highly recommend and will certainly return.
