Ordered the Fish and Prawns (comes with 4 prawns) for $12.99. All orders come with chips. My order also came with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Any additional sauces are $0.75 each, so I got the malt vinegar and Louisiana hot sauce. Total was $14.49 for everything
The fish here is GOOD! Very tender on the inside and the batter is crispy and slightly airy. The fish didn’t have any “fishy” smell or taste either which was great. The tartar sauce is DIVINE, they definitely have this down to a tee. It’s creamy, heavy on the pickle/vinegar, and very remiscent to mayonaise in the best way. Coming back just for the tartar sauce honestly!
The chips are good, slightly crispy on the outside but more potatoey on the inside. Salted well. They offer ketchup packets.
The prawns were okay, I wouldn’t get them again. They were overcooked and you could tell they’ve been fried multiple times based on how hard both the interior and exterior was. Pass.
Service was great, just get the fish and chips!

My husband and I came here for lunch. He wanted to try the fish and the chips. He likes fish and chips. I really normally don’t get fish and chips however, I order me some fish and chips and it was really good. The fish was not greasy cuz I cannot stand greasy food and they give you a lot of food for your money. The place is small. Nothing fancy but those little places hole on the walls are the best places where the locals eat. It was quiet and they were playing country music, the radio station with country music which was really nice. We would definitely come back again and try other things.

I’m always skeptical of seafood places far from the coast. Since I’ve moved to Tracy from the Bay, I’ve been on a hunt for a good fish and chips place and this is the spot. From the outside I peeped into the kitchen and noticed the floor was clean and although the place looks outdated, it doesn’t matter. The service is fantastic and my family had a lovely experience. I was planning on writing this review the same day but I always look forward to tasting the food cold. I believe food should taste fantastic hot or cold. Sure enough, the portions were perfect enough to have lots of leftovers. We made sandwiches with the leftover and it saved my from being behind my stove. Definitely a place to stop and dine. While you’re there, get the fried mushrooms and hush puppies.Don’t rush to eat the mushrooms because they store alot of steam. But delicious!

My daughter and I were near the Vintage Fair Mall and decided to give London Fish & Chips a try. This restaurant is located on the corner of Standiford, Sisk & Dale roads. Seating is limited, but I would say there are approx. 5-6 tables that seat 4 patrons, and another 2-3 tables that seat 2.
You order at the counter as you walk in. What impressed me first was the good variety of seafood and sides available to order: Fish, Catfish, Fried Clams, Calamari, Oysters, Prawns, and any combo of those served with Fries. Sides include Batter-dipped & deep fried Zucchini, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Onion Rings, etc.
Our food was prepared to order, and was ready for us very quickly …fresh and hot.
I must say, for many years I have been on the hunt for good clam strips … these were the Best Fried Clams I’ve ever had. Sweet, and good sized. The next surprise was the Calamari Strips … these are not Rings and tentacles, but appear to be from a calamari steak that has been cut into strips, batter dipped and deep fried… so tender and delicious. The coating reminds me of a tempura batter.
The pieces of fish are large, and drape over the sides of the basket they are served in. The Prawns and Scallops are also surprisingly large. The fries are crispy and fresh, but if you prefer you can substitute the fries for 10 onion rings, 10 zucchini, 4 large Mushrooms (all fresh and hand made), for just $3 more.
I can honestly say, I loved every menu item we tried. I’ve been back three times in the past 2 weeks, and I can’t wait to return again.
(Next trip we’ll try the Asparagus, Pot Stickers, and Clam Chowder)

The food was absolutely delicious. We bought the 9 piece fish & chips.The catfish basket ,calamari & chips,the popcorn shrimp basket(substituted the chips for hushpuppies)& an order of hush puppies. All that for $90. Well worth the money!The servings are Big!The service is Excellent !

I came here for the 1st time with my boyfriend. I was a little skeptical because Cod Fish isn’t my favorite, but, it was DELICIOUS and 3 pieces of fish was really like 6.
The prices were very fair considering how big the fish were. ( About $15 for 3 fish and chips )
It’s a small place and you have to clean up after yourself ( like our mother’s taught us to ) but it was still very clean.

Ever since they closed down Long John Silvers I’ll to have day London Fish & Chips sure do know how to make a splash. Every time I’m in town I must stop in and order a meal, always at a great deal and location. Great team work to all the crew members LF&C!!!!!

It’s like if Long John Silvers was still in Modesto and actually good. LJS ain’t bad, but it ain’t as good as London Fish & Chips. They have quite the selection of fried fish.
