One if our favorite restaurant when we come to Monterey. This restaurant is awesome. Service is great. Server is very attentive and nice to us. Our food is good. But the view alone is worth eating here. Give them a try.

This place has a great atmosphere that I really enjoyed. I also like the fire place tables so fun to look at. The clam chowder i had was ok but certainly not the best I’ve had. The bangers and mash were alright too. I would recommend the fish and chips I had them on a previous visit. The service was slow this time and not attentive as I had to wave down my waiter multiple times.

Stopped for lunch on a Saturday with our three dogs. Were seated immediately outside on the patio. Heaters were running and sufficiently. Waiter was very good, friendly, interacted with the dogs, checked on us just enough but not overwhelmingly. Ordered the clam chowder bread bowl. Was very good. Thick, meaty, and bowl was just right too. Will definitely return in the future and would recommend.

Gluten Free, ate with no bad reaction. They have some good gf options. Service was slow, staff was nice. Not crazy about the atmosphere but was ok. We are outside. Shepard’s pie a very good but so hot… Couldn’t eat until the party I was with were nearly done with their meal. Burned my mouth a few times, even with blowing on it.,. Never had a meal served that hot before…. But it was really good once I actually got to eat it. If you are Celiac … Worth it for some of their options.

Came for the view, stayed for the food. Excellent fish and chips, and im pickey. Pro tip, they offer a “kids” fish and chips that is a much smaller, but cheaper portion that pairs great with a Guinness for a quick bite.

Visiting from Ohio, and we asked a local what would be their go-to, and it was London Bridge Pub hands down. Our server was Stephanie, and she was fabulous! I got the Chicken pie and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend this… 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We also met “Andre” the seal he was sun bathing outside and kept us entertained.

Great food and atmosphere. Waiter was so nice he created nachos bc they didn’t have any and it was amazing. Kids enjoyed their pulled pork sandwich and burger. I got fish and chips it was great maybe a lil too buttery for me. My husband got Shepard pie and it was great as well.

When I moved to Monterey 27 years ago this was the first place I went. 27 years later it’s still great. The Guinness was a perfect poor and the patio seating next to the bay was beautiful. We also tried the cod nights after a few beers and we were pleasantly surprised.
