Portland rarely has good Mexican food !
This is very solid!
Very affordable
And the tortillas are legit and house made . Not the basic bagged BS tortillas that ruin tacos in my opinion.
Definitely come here and bring tacos and get a beer across the street at Oakshire!

PDX monthly included it as one of best Mexican joints in Portland. I thought it was ok. It’s fine if you’re close by and are hungry…but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Good tortillas. Hot sauce is very watery. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars. ✌

I don’t say this lightly… the best Mexican food in Portland. Not only fantastic meat but also interesting menu with more than just tacos and burritos. I highly highly recommend trying something new here, especially if it has the Al Pastor. 12/10. Will be returning frequently.
Service was friendly. Salsas were unique, spicy, and flavorful. Outside eating area was comfortable and warm.

This place is awesome. Reasonably priced, salsas are good, and the food is beautiful. There’s not much in the way of seating, so if you go during lunch rush expect finding a table to be a problem.

Absolutely amazing food, and multiple vegan options! They’re so kind while you’re ordering, and the wait was only about 5 minutes.
The burritos and Panchos are so good! Its filling but not super heavy ❤️. The outside seating is so nice in the spring and summer!

So I’ve had my fair share of tacos from living in California for 30+ years but MY God these rival the best tacos I’ve had in San Diego and San Jose. The carnitas taco was perfection. Don’t skimp on the habanero and tomatillo salsas, they are incredible. So excited to return very soon!!

The cochinita pibil is so juicy. Service is great, and the cart is attached to a little parking lot with a covered deck seating area. Came with friends and we had a great time!

I had been meaning to try this place for a while and I bummed I hadn’t before now because the food is excellent. I had a panucho and a taco and my son had enchiladas. All were very good. I highly recommend going!
