Updated: Went here with my family and waited an hour to get our food. The place was very loud. We used to think this restaurant was great, but today was a disappointment.
The first time we tried the smashed burger, it was soggy — but we thought that was because we ordered it to-go and ate it at home. Today, we ordered it again at the restaurant, and it was even worse. The bun was extremely soggy and soaking wet, and the meat crumbled into ground beef. I’m not sure how they’re making the patties, but they were terrible. The flavor was awful because it was drowned in sauce.
The corn mesquite was plain and lacked salt, pepper, and cotija cheese. The wings were really good — probably the only thing worth ordering. The eel appetizer was just okay. The vegetable bowl was also bland. Who’s making the rice here? You need to do better! Add flavor!
I get that the restaurant is busy, but if you can’t serve good-quality food on a busy day, then you should lower capacity. You can’t sacrifice quality for quantity — in the long run, you’ll lose customers. If I have to wait an hour for food, it better be worth it.
The waiter also needs to improve. We were given terrible drinks, and no one checked on our order.
Overall, very disappointed. Never again.

One of my favorites. If you’re in the Hudson area. You definitely cannot go wrong with Lolo. Every time I go there. I try and branch out and try something new, but I always stick to my reliable chicken tacos with brussels sprouts and my wife gets a rice bowl. I’m telling you. It’s a 10 out to 10.
And the drinks are super good. They definitely know what they’re doing here.

This place punches above its weight. The food menu has regular-looking items that are enhanced in beautiful ways. I’ve never had a mushroom and swiss cheese burger that is comparable to the one I had here! It was out of this world, with wild mushrooms sauteed just right. They have rice bowls like Korean beef and KungPao chicken, that are not just innovative but mouth-watering.
The prices are pretty reasonable for the kind of food on offer. It takes about the same for two people to get drinks and food at any decent place in the Twin Cities, and the food won’t be half as good.

Hudson Dog: slightly spicy and all the ingredients played well together. Absolutely delicious.
Hanger Steak Sticky Rice Bowl: Delicious mix of sweet and sour with the pickled cucumbers and Korean BBQ steak. The Brussel sprouts add a nice crisp. Loved it.
Lolo Margarita: Classic and delicious.

Very nice little date night spot in Hudson. The cocktail menu is organized by spirit and they have a great selection of all types of liquors to choose from. Good food with choices for bites, small plates, and entrees. Great burger!
TV screens with a football game on, but not in a distracting way. Good music and very friendly service, we’ll visit again.

The food here was delicious! A really good place to eat for a Sunday brunch or even a date outing! The service was quick and great with the waiter checking in every once in a while. The atmosphere was also great given how fairly small the place was with a fairly see though kitchen which made it feel more welcoming seeing where the food was made at. The bar was also bustling with life with many people sitting and enjoying drinks. Overall would visit again once in a while, given the distance from where we live at.

My steak sticky rice bowl was very good but my husband’s Kung Pao bowl had so much soy sauce that it made it way too salty tasting and difficult to eat. Atmosphere was great and good parking.

Tacos were good. We had the chicken and the Korean tacos with Rosemary French fries. The Service was ok, but not great. I have not been there in a long time. Not sure I would go out of my way to go again.

Visit as a guest. None of our party of 4 has been here before. The reviews were good, and we were hungry. Popular place, especially at the time we arrived, supper time. It was a little chaotic, but we were seated outside within reasonable time. Staff waited on us continually with our drink order, appetizers , and entries. The wings were very good. Sticky rice bowl was delicious. Burger with the ghost pepper cheese was a little spicy hot but palatable. Cod was just okay with more of a designer flare than quantity? The salmon was salty and a little over cooked for our tastes. The gratuity arrangement of 4% in fine print at the bottom of the menu is worth noting. Make sure you read. It engaged our group into a health conversation/ debate on who was picking up the tab?
