First timer. We’re from far SW Oklahoma, and we came this way today. Stopped in on a Sunday at 1:30 and they were welcoming, friendly, and warm. They took our orders and answered all the questions we had. They made my guest’s asada perfectly. She loved it and it was quite tasty because she gave me a bite. I ordered the pork in red sauce and the smells it gave when they brought it to the table were MMMMMM! It was absolutely delicious: Except that it was quite salty. I asked for several limes to help cut the salty taste. It helped. I didn’t want to send it back because it was just too good. If we come back up this way, I will absolutely order the same thing again. Only without salt. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic Mexican food!

Let me tell you this is the first time I spent so much for pretty much nothing that I ordered or wanted I wanted Philly cheese steak and got a call back that they didn’t have the steak that it would have to be chicken cheese steak if I hadn’t been so hungry but let me tell you something else the quality of the food took care of most of the hunger, I don’t see how they are even still in business yuck the queso dip had little clumps all in it reminded me of if someone added water in it to thin it down and clabbered it up that homemade salsa will make your eyes water and your nose run usually when something like that is made they usually make things like that milder for everyone’s liking not so hot that a person can’t even get a few bites and enjoy it a large coke is a coke in a can and they couldn’t even provide me a to go cup and ice or napkins and plastic ware maybe that’s why the young lady who rang my food up and she had a nasty attitude she knows her job won’t last like that… Bcuz I can promise I will never, never order or eat anything from there again

The people here are incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. The owner was a total badass—walking around with a baby on her hip, cleaning tables, and taking orders! I ordered the cheese and chicken breasts with beans, and it was absolutely delicious. They also have great kid-friendly options, which is a big plus for families. We stopped by after visiting Salt Plains Park, and honestly, I’d give this place a 10/10—highly recommend!

All of our menu selections were very delicious. The chips were warm with amazing guac and fresh salsa. I highly recommend taking the time to eat here after an afternoon digging in the salt flats. The only thing to make our meal better would have been cold margaritas!

This was my first time dining here. The restaurant was clean and the waiter was prompt. I ordered the beef taco dinner with rice and beans and added a cheese enchilada and a soda. My food arrived in a timely fashion. The food tasted good but not like what I am used to coming from Texas. The taco shell contained an adequate amount of ground beef but then a sparse amount of lettuce and cheese and no tomatoes. I had ordered a side of fresh chopped onion and should have also asked that tomatoes be added to the taco. There is a file cabinet sitting in the dining room which I felt should have been in an office out of sight. Some nice soft Latino music piped in would have been nice. The prices were much better compared to other places in the area; $12 and some change before taxes, tip and fees. Sadly, there is a $.55 cent charge if you use a credit card which I am totally and completely against. That fee is a cost of doing business and I do not believe a business’ bank fees should ever be passed on to the customer. However, if I get a hankering for Mexican food again, I am sure I will go back but I will remember to ask for tomatoes and to pay with cash to avoid bank fees. RATING BREAKDOWN – Cleanliness 5 stars, Waitstaff Service & Friendliness 5 Stars, Atmosphere 4 stars because of the file cabinet and no music, Value 5 stars less 2 stars for the bank fee charge which brings it to 3 stars, Food 4 stars. Total rating 3.5
