It’s Small Business Saturday and we decided to stop by Lola’s! I’ve been following along on FB since I’ve been away at school and had to stop by again while I’m home for Thanksgiving. We got ube boba & the cider float, which I’ve been looking forward to tasting, and the popcorn chicken & pinoy hotdog. Great charred casing on the hotdog just how I like it and the atsara & mustard pair together well — also got a free tote bag for sbs and can’t wait to wear it around the city when I go back to school!

The lumpia is delicious! I also tried the popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce! This is NOT frozen chicken pieces! You can tell they are hand cut, lightly breaded and seasoned. They have a variety of homemade sauces to dip in. I’m eager to go back and try the Ramen (dine-in only) and pancit noodles.

Lola’s is an absolute gem – delicious food, fantastic service, convenient online ordering, and meals are prepared quickly. The pork belly fried rice is my favorite and I have it at least once a week. If I’m not having Lola’s for dinner, I’m thinking about when I can have Lola’s again. If you haven’t tried it, do so. Tonight. Tomorrow. We are so lucky to have such a unique restaurant here. You won’t be sorry!

We had the pansit, popcorn chicken, and the lumpia. Everything tasted great and good portions. The popcorn chicken was flavorful and didn’t require the accompanying sauce. My husband and I were just out for a drive and stumbled across the restaurant. We would truly drive the 80 miles to come back.
