Because they only have one cook, the orders took over 30 minutes, which is a long time for a burger and fries. Other guests were visibly agitated, but I can imagine with two cooks and an additional front person that they move much faster on a normal day. We ordered three burgers. Again, Ricky is a Jewel, he continued to comfort us and update us and offer us anything for our wait. That’s professional and the reason why I kept my rating four star. Some guys order through Ricky‘s register instead of the kiosk because they had so many questions and that slowed us up and they do tell you that the burgers are made to order…
The burger looks perfect and is indeed juicy/good beef quality/soft bun/well seasoned, but it did taste like something made at the house. The placement of the toppings made my burger bun wet and not hold (option: toast bun-could slow the cook down more) (option-change toppings placement). The Cajun fries didn’t taste Cajun and were very salty to the point of inedible. They are a very good choice of fries, next time I would order without any seasoning. Which makes me think the lemon pepper burger may be way too salty. I was about to order the wings, but I don’t like jumbo wings.
I like that they work with a local artist to help push the artist and the artist helps push the company. That’s smart and cool and some Atlanta type stuff. The lemonades options were cool. At this diabetic age, I’m adding water to my sweetened beverages lol. I like to support my people. We are glad we stopped by and supported this business and tipped Ricky appropriately for his great service.
It small with a few tables, they have dine in and take out. The service was excellent, the guy in the counter helped me choose the wet lemon pepper burguer combo, which was amazing, a lot of food, well seasoned, tasted amazing. Very happy about it. I would recommend it and go back again whenever I feel like eating burgers.
○Service: The customer service was exceptional. Our server was dedicated to making our experience extraordinary, offering great recommendations and consistently checking on us as we ordered a large meal for our family of five.
○Atmosphere:The space was well-lit with open seating areas, creating a welcoming vibe.
○Bathroom: The restroom had one stall, and it was impressively clean and pleasantly scented.
○Food: We tried the Build Your Own Burger (BYOB) with fry dust fries, which is definitely a must-try flavor! We also had the mac and cheese with a baked bean burger and the Lil Baby. For drinks, we opted for flavored lemonade. Everything arrived hot, beautifully presented, and tidy. The burgers were incredibly moist, and the thick-cut bacon was pure bliss.
○Would I recommend? Absolutely! I will definitely be returning!
One ding is that they need to clear up the bathrooms and back area. Way too messy. There is a cigar bar next door and if the door is open the smell wafts in but they are more than happy to close the door for you when you dine in.
It’s self-serve, but the hostess stayed close to answer any questions we had.
My son got the NSFW burger and the YOLO burger the second time. He loved them both!
They have table games out to play while you wait. The burger was so good that I went back twice. Would definitely dine here again.
