I was at a business breakfast this morning in West Palm Beach and decided to find a new cool coffee place and I stumbled upon LOIC bakery and Café bar. This is a sweet little place. They make their own bread and pastries so everything is always fresh. I had the pistachio croissant which was delicious and an herbal tea. I sat outside in a very picturesque seating area with trees and water fountains and before I knew it 2 hours had passed by. Great place to go and relax and enjoy good food. They are both indoor outdoor seating. I chose outdoor outdoors because the weather was great and seating was in a shady area. Highly recommend you give this a try.. they have designated parking on the side.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in West Palm Beach. Almost everything here is delicious. I used to come 3–4 times a week when I lived downtown — it practically became my office!

Their pastries are incredible — the croissants are the best in town, especially the chocolate ones. And the baguette? Amazing. I always grab one to go. Their cakes and cookies are fantastic too. I’ve tried all their breakfast items and they’ve never disappointed.

The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the coffee itself — but everything else more than makes up for it. The owner and staff are wonderful, and it’s dog-friendly, which I love.

A perfect spot for breakfast, pastries, and good vibes!

Pistachio Croissant – Perfectly crunchy and crispy, generously filled with a rich pistachio-almond flavor. Absolutely delicious! 10/10
Second Pistachio Pastry – Good overall but a bit lacking in true pistachio flavor, making it a tough call. 8/10
Ham & Cheese Croissant – Fantastic flavor with Italian herbs shining through. Would’ve been a perfect 10/10 if it had been served warm, but still a solid 9/10.
Apricot Tart – Unfortunately, the grainy texture overshadowed the taste. Only 2/10 for this one.
Atmosphere – Relaxing with pleasant music and a modern vibe, though it’s a touch on the dark side.

I had been searching for this specific item (pistachio croissant) for months, ever since having one in the Lafayette bakery in NYC. It’s been like a quest, but to no avail. Went on road trips to several cities including NOLA and still no luck. On Thanksgiving my amazing wife surprised me with the croissants from this wonderful bakery and they were incredible. Sorry that I cannot attest to the service or the ambience of the bakery, but if this and the chocolate croissants are any indication of the rest of their operation , I would run to this bakery as soon as possible.

We were thoroughly disappointed with the croissants. This is certainly not the Loïc Bakery we knew when it first opened. My husband picked up croissants this morning and, honestly, they were dry, tasteless, and had a noticeable focaccia smell. Please do not bake your pastries alongside savory items, it completely alters the flavor. These chocolate one was dry, so was the butter croissant. These chocolate almond croissant fell apart in the box ( see the picture below)

These are not French croissants. Fortunately, there are now many new options in West Palm Beach where you can enjoy a proper croissant that doesn’t taste like focaccia.

Best pistachio croissants EVER!!! Freshly baked daily, go early because you hey sell out!! The are chewy and crispy at the same time. Buy 2 otherwise you will find your self driving back for another. I LOVE chocolate but the raspberry croissants were next best, then the chocolate almond. The place is clean, and you can see into the bakers kitchen by the large window on the back. There is free parking in the lot to the north or street parking. Lots of tables to sit in the shade or inside to enjoy a coffee and a sandwich too.

We were visiting relatives in Del Ray Beach and searched the web for the “best” croissants in the area and struck gold with Loic Bakery. Arrived around 9:30am so there was no line to speak of. Upon entering, the aroma that filled our senses was overwhelmingly delicious and one look in the display case told us this could be good. We ordered an almond croissant {my favorite} and a ham and egg on a plain croissant along with coffee. While waiting for our order a gentleman came out of the kitchen carrying a fresh tray of croissants and began filling in an empty space with something that looked incredible. I asked what it was and he replied that it was a pistachio white chocolate almond croissant. My response was, “oh well there’s always tomorrow” at which point the gentleman grabbed a piece of wrapping paper reached over the counter and handed me one of these delightful croissants and said “why wait until tomorrow? I was quite surprised to find out that he was in fact Loic, the owner and master baker. Just a lovely gesture on his part and we were extremely grateful for his generosity. With our order now ready along with our “extra” we sat in the cozy dining area and began sampling the selection. The ham and egg sandwich was very good , freshly made and of course the croissant was just delicious. Then we tried the almond croissant and agreed that it was quite frankly one of if not the best croissant that we have tasted. Crisp and flaky on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The flavor and texture were outstanding and the overall taste was just heavenly. Then we turned to the pistachio white chocolate almond one and every thing that you could possibly wish for in a bakery treat came to fruition. The pistachio filling along with the white chocolate drizzle just elevated this almond croissant to an amazing level. Bravo! Absolutely delicious! Before leaving we watched thru the glass kitchen windows at the meticulous way Loic handled the fresh dough he was working on. Such care and respect for the food he produces is inspiring to watch. He is truly a master. We returned the next day for more of his wonderful creations and took a box with us for our friends to enjoy. Thank you Loic, we are coming back…soon!

I can’t rate the food because I never got mine. I stopped in on a road trip, I wanted an espresso and egg sammich – just a quick refuel. I put 40 min on the meter just in case because my phone battery was dead so I couldn’t re-up. The menu has prep times next to items (probably should have taken that as a warning sign), egg sandwiches said 10 minutes. Cool. So I ordered, and waited. And waited. I had no watch or phone so I kept telling myself the wait only _seemed_ ridiculous. All of the half dozen employees I could see were also doing that thing where they move at 75% of a normal person’s speed – like you feel high watching them, and then a customer walks by at normal speed and you realize they are just living life at a slightly slower frame rate? Anyway I assumed that was adding to the illusion that it was taking forever. But eventually I couldn’t wait any longer, I was hungry and frustrated and the army of employees just kinda “existing” at the counter while one dude struggled in the kitchen to complete an egg sandwich was too much. I went back to my car, and the meter had expired for 15 minutes – so even allowing for my initial time in line that’s still gotta be 40+ minutes for an egg sandwich.
Places like this bum me out. Anyway, I’d steer clear if you value your time at all.

Foodie menu, fresh bakery goodies, ambiance adorable. Downtown feel, and so cute inside. Spacious seating area, and intimate but big enough. Great sunlight. 5 out of 5, highly recommend!!!!

1 less star for service. Suggestion to have training on smiling and welcoming conversation and hellos. A welcoming customer experience matters.
