We enjoyed half a bucket of peanuts before dinner . We ordered the Logan’s kickin’ chicken salad (without chicken today) and the surf and turf. The steak was ordered medium well and came out well done and was luke warm. The salad was good. The young lady who seated us was super friendly and so was Courtney our waitress. Great job, Ladies.
Here the disturbing part of our visit. The light bulb at the table next to us was out. The manager attempted to change the light bulb AFTER the next family was seated, and asked half the family to get up while she stood on the bench. She was not successful in changing it, called another employee to help, also unsuccessful, then attempted to call another person, until the party at the table told her to not worry about it. To us that was unbelievable and unacceptable behavior.

The place where you step on all the peanut shells, you know the Usual Logan setup. Jokes aside the our waiter was awesome. The wait time was accept even for later Saturday after noon. Most defiantly will try them again.

Service wasn’t great, food was mediocre, the managers were nice enough to comp one of our 6 meals we paid for since it wasn’t cooked right. 1st time there and We won’t be coming back. Very disappointing birthday dinner for my daughter.

I ordered one of the summer specials (sausage and 6 oz sirloin tips) and this is what the sausage looked like. I know that food never looks like the picture but this isnt close at all. The sausage in the picture was a dark bown color and cut different. I was very disappointed. They didnt taste bad just very basic. I loved the sweet potato fries and the cole slaw. The sirloin could have been more tender but it was okay. The sercice was good. I will go back and try something different hopefully my experience will be better.

I order a steak to be cooked well,well done but it wasn’t so I sent it back but when I got it the second time it had more pink on the inside then it did the first time. By then everyone was done with there food and I hadn’t even started eating so the manager did come out the thrid time and ask me if I wanted to send it back again but I said no I’m just not eating it cause everyone is ready to go so she did take if off my bill. But, to me the food was horrible!!!!!!

Yesterday I ordered takeout from Logan’s on Texas Street. I ordered the 8oz ribeye well done. When I got home to relax and eat my food this is what I’ve bit into. This is definitely not well done. When I called to let them know what happened someone promised to have the manager give me a call back and I never received the phone call. This literally has my skin crawling.
Edited:. I received an email from one of the managers Carly and was asked to call her . She was very polite pleasant and went well above my expectations to making sure that everything is rectified. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes we all get what we pay for. My complaint was more about the fact that no one got back in touch with me but she made sure that I will return. Thank you.
I’m here now at the Logan’s and one of the Managers Caryl has been really helpful to rectify everything . I am a satisfied customer
