2nd time I wasted my time at this location . After working 10 and half hours at work. The restaurant was I waited 30 minutes for service over an hour for food to come, free rolls were cold, my husband ordered medium rare was well done , onions were soggy overcooked and too sweet, salmon dry, broccoli undercooked my steak salad over cooked over seasoned steak, frozen advacado to the point it was like biting into a popsicle , and then ask to talk to a manager and take 30 minutes after going to find out why I’m still waiting the waitress ask if she can get me anything I said just a table at Applebees with good food and service. The manager finally comes and doesn’t ask what wrong he says I was rude to the waitress by telling her I needed real food ! Smdh I work customer service I have never in my life been dismissed or rude to a customer he said he would compensate us for the meal. Take off our tab I have no problem paying my bill even for food I took one single bite of . Consumer beware of this restaurant chain and its poor management and service! I am happy now with excellent service down the road at Applebees food cooked perfectly

I was meeting my best girlfriends for a birthday lunch then Christmas shopping at the nearby stores. Our server was so upbeat and we all loved her sense of humor. She was attentive and helpful. I ordered an espresso martini that was delicious. We enjoyed hot rolls and gigantic salads as our entrees. The steak was done perfectly and we could have shared a steak salad between us. We sat near the fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance. It was very enjoyable.

My boyfriend wanted steak for his birthday and chose Logan’s for takeout. We put the order in a little after 6pm and were given a pickup time of 6:45. We arrive at pickup and he is told our food isn’t ready. I figured maybe we would have to wait 10 more minutes, that’s fine, it’s a busy night. After my boyfriend had been inside for 25 minutes I went in to see what was going on. There were clearly multiple people picking up orders, and at 7:25 (40 minutes after our pickup time) I had him ask for an update. Turns out our order was sitting behind the counter for who knows how long, with no indication that it was ready. So of course by the time we got home (right down Alpine – we do not live very far away) our food was lukewarm at best. On top of all of this, they didn’t include ANY of our sauces. My burger was ordered with ketchup and mayo and was completely dry, as shown in the photo below. We will never come back here.

Metro a friend here on a Saturday night. It was very crowded and there was an hour wait. I gave my name to the hostess and sat at a table in the bar area. A young man server approached me and nicely explained thst I couldn’t sit there if I was waiting. When I explained that my friend was arriving momentarily, he said ” I’ll bring you menus and you can stay right here. And he did, as well come back to take our orders. We both splurged and had the prime rib. It was wonderful. We were enjoying our food by the time I received a text telling me a table wa ready. I don’t know if this would work again, but if there is a long wait for the dining room, sit in the bar.

Usually a good experience at Logans. This time not so much. Arrived a little before 5pm so it was not very busy. Took forever to get drinks. Steaks were not cooked correctly. Server was constantly in the weeds. No sign of a manager in the dining room. Food was decent.

My kids love Logan’s, we go there once a week. This week we had the pleasure of having Audria as our server, she was SPECTACULAR.
One of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. She didn’t miss a beat from start to finish. We will be back to see her!

Audra did a phenomenal job serving us with her professional demeanor and wonderful attitude! While juggling her section taking care of us all, she assisted a choking customer, successfully clearing their airway! My wife and I left here feeling full, happy, and safe! 10/10 will continue coming to Alpine to visit you all!

This was a great choice to eat our lunch at. Our waiter, Devin, was fantastic! I had the Mesquite Grilled Chicken Salad. It’s the Best salad I have had in a long time. Full of flavor, everything was very fresh!

Went to this Logan’s on a Sunday @ 5:36pm wait time, about 10 minutes. Server came to get drink orders, I asked for water with lemon. Got water, no lemon. Asked again when water was dropped off. Still didn’t get lemon. Then my husband asked for the third time . Finally got lemons and no rolls. Had to ask for those twice. Food took about an hour to get to our table, in the meantime our server, disappeared. When food arrived, my salmon was overcooked and dry, at this point I’m just eating it, I’m not waiting another hour. Husband’s burger was well done, he asked for medium. Bun was toasted, but burnt and hard. He ended up using the last roll as his bun. Still no server. Server finally came to the table and asked how the food was, my husband replied it’s just ok. She then doesn’t ask why. We asked for the bill. She brought that to the table and then promptly disappeared again. My husband finally flagged down another server to we could check out. This place is horrible and we will never be back.

Diamonte is a diamond he’s such a spectacular server. We went in to catch up with old friends and he made the experience so welcoming and amazing. Made us feel like we’ve known him our whole lives. Was amazing with the kids and we brought 5 so it wasn’t an easy task lol the food was spectacular. He made our experience a memorable one.
