I visited today and the food was not good , I ordered a 12 oz steak , loaded mash and Broccoli . The steak was dry today. The broccoli was ok the drink was amazing …… this was my first time ordering sirloin here and it will be the last. In the past I have ordered NY strip and t bone and they both were good . If you want steak stay away from the sirloin and the mash potatoes. Order bake potatoes or a sweet potato instead, you will thank me later . I’am only rating it two stars for today based on my experience today. I have visited in the past and was pleased with my food. I’am always pleased with my beverage of choice lbvs. The staff and management here is always friendly. The wait isn’t long at all if you any.

Being Seated
The hostess seated our family of 4 into a booth that was meant for 2-3 people. The booth was covered in crumbs. We waited for about 5 minutes before a waitress approached our table. She quickly realized how crammed we were at our booth and asked if we wanted to move over to the booth beside us, which was suited for 4 people. We moved over to the booth and noticed there were crumbs on the seats and on the table. I mentioned it to the waitress, but she just said she was sorry, never offered to clean it off for us. I had to clear the seats and the table, the waitress stood there and watched me do this is.
Ordering
Drink order was placed, Dr. Pepper, Coke, Sweet Tea and Strawberry Tea. We also ordered 2 appetizers, petal onions and fried pickles. After waiting 10 minutes, we were served rolls. For our main meal:
• Southern Fried Fish with tartar sauce, Caesar salad and a baked potatoe.
• Country Fried Steak, with sweet potatoes
• Porterhouse T-Bone, baked potatoe and mushrooms
• Top Sirloin, mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese
Dr. Pepper was sent back, he had a weird taste. The waitress told me that the Dr. Pepper was out, and nobody has changed it.
Onion Petals, no seasoning and tasteless.
Fried Pickles, taste was ok. If we dipped the pickle in ranch dressing, it tasted better.
Rolls, over cooked, not soft and we were only given 1 small container of butter for the 4 of us.
Southern Fried Fish, very dry. Caesar salad, half fresh. Bake potatoe was not even warm and there were black pieces in the bake potatoe. The waitress brought this plate to our table with smeared food on the plate from another customers plate. When I pointed it out to her, she said, “oh it’s just food from another customers plate, probably from a baked potatoe.” This plate should have not made it to our table.
Country Fried Steak was dry and although it looked seasoned it tasted bland. Baked potatoe was ok but the cheese tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Sweet potatoes, no taste.
Porterhouse T-Bone was tough. Bake potaote was cold. Mushrooms were overcooked.
Top Sirloin no taste and dry. Mash potatoes were ok. Macaroni and cheese tasted like boxed macaroni and cheese.
Drink re-fills, we had to ask our waitress to re-fill our drinks every time we needed one.
Service
There were 4 hostesses when we walked in to the restaurant. When we asked for a booth, it was difficult for them to find one (although there were only 1 other table that was occupied). We were told there was only 1 waitress on the floor. We were finally seated at a booth that was meant for 2-3 people. Table and seats were dirty. We waited too long for someone to greet us at our table and take our drinks. Food was served to our table in a timely manner. The food was tasteless and cold. We had to flag our waitress down and ask for the check. Although there were multiple hostesses, not one of them said thank you or have a good day. The manager was even standing by the door, she didn’t say a word either.

Bar tender was great! Food was horrible and manager never came out to apologize. Apparently when you order rice, thimble is an actual measurement at this restaurant. Raw brocolli. Shrimp was horrible. Steak was actually ok.

We visited Fri night . Arrived around 8:50 pm. We were seated promptly that was about the only positive thing about this visit. After being seated we sat there for about 7 minutes before our waitress showed up. No I’m sorry for your wait just straight to business. She wasn’t very friendly. Once our order was taken it then took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The dining room was only moderately busy. My steak was room temp and my vegetable skewers were cold. I sent my food back uneaten. To say i was disappointment would be an understatement.

Worst meal I’ve ever had. Menus were sticky and covered in goo. Wait staff was completely incompetent and had to be asked several times for simple things. Kitchen staff served horribly prepared food and our order was not even correct when it was served.
The steak was overcooked; the sliders were way overcooked, and the fries were undercooked. Salad was nasty. We couldn’t even eat the meal since it was so bad; told the manager that it was inedible and left. I will NEVER go back. Avoid this place like the plague

Disappointed with my dinner. I ordered the NY Strip but they were out as the Manager explained. So I chose the ribeye as my backup. I ordered medium and it came well done and dried out since it was so thinly cut. I should have sent it back but I wasn’t going to hold up my other 4 dining guests. Their dinners – all different types of chicken dinners – were excellent. Juicy and tender. I figured – steakhouse you order steak. Oh well…next time I will order a chicken meal. The mushroom skewer I ordered as a side was actually the best part of my meal. The salads were nice – fresh and crisp. And as always the warm rolls were absolutely delicious!

Does this look like a $20 plate? By the time we were seated & paid, it was almost 2 hours!!! Service sucked! Food was disgusting. We didn’t get our salad until after we received our meal. The mushrooms tasted freezer burnt… The sweet potato was under cooked & hard in the middle( got that way after my plate)….. To top it all off, they tried charging $1.00 for refills. I almost wanted to get up & start working to help out. It was so pathetic. I will never visit again. I’m sure you guys will be the next restaurant to go under.
