Our waitress was great! She was quick, efficient, friendly, and on top of everything. Our daughter isn’t picky, but she did not like the pasta on the kids menu (sauce and noodles, not great). She told our waitress and she ended up getting something new. We would’ve paid for it but the pasta was removed from the bill.
The drinks were amazing! Food was excellent.
I despise country music, so that is the only negative for me but it’s kind of a country music type of place so I’ll deal for positives!

thank goodness for Red Robin nearby quickly making a much better salad. We could not stop laughing at how bad the Logan’s one is. got a refund from Logan’s. No apology just a “ya well we were out of eggs” and “unfortunately croutons are crunchy…”

From the street to your seat you’re welcomed like family! Hostess was hilarious and fun, seated immediately. Brenda is the BEST server ask for her every time! She was immediately there with a smile and such a wonderful loving attitude. We were immediately besties obviously (see picture)

Never again! After three requests made to various staff, the manager came to our table and flat out refused to lower the volume due to “company policy.” (Our group of 6 had requested a table in a quieter part of the restaurant, but the speaker volume was still way too high for some to hear.) Food was mediocre. Service was slow, even with half the dining area empty. Samuel Adams keg emptied just as we placed our bar order and wouldn’t be replaced until the next day. Not sure what keeps this place in business.

Worst steaks in mid range chain. Stopped carrying mushrooms ans chicken fried stwak even though web site menu lists them. Porterhouse waa razor thin and over cooked and felet side was concaved- half the thickness of other side. Turned it away. No manager visit. Skip this place. You’ll wait for worthless food.

Haven’t been to a Logan’s in several years and now I remember why. What a shame this chain has gone downhill so much. No wonder there’s only a few remaining open. The steaks are ridiculously priced and neither of ours were very good at all. Tiny sides. Drinks and rolls took forever and the place was only about 30% full. Worst of all, the men’s room is disgusting! Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a month! Gross! Never again….

This place is the biggest joke – Do yourself a favor and go to Crazy Horse if you want a properly cooked steak.

Our service was wonderful!!! Our server was very personable and awesome. I wish I remembered his name! We all got a steak and they were perfect. My mother got a margarita as big as her head. She loved it and this woman is picky! Reasonably priced as well. I would definitely go back and recommend!
